I am simply a teacher who has an activity coming up regarding mining. Part of the activity is the importance of safety. As these were awesome hard hats, for $0.97, it was a perfect addition. I purchased enough for each student to have one as they performed the activity. The are perfect :)

Early one morning, I stumbled upon your discount website, and easily went online Christmas shopping at awesome discount prices.

This site in general is excellent, and the boots I got were listed for a way better price here than anywhere else! Will be coming back for sure. Even my father-in-law wanted to know where I got such a good deal.

The hard hat I custom ordered turned out great and it is a quality product. But it took way too long to go through the edit/approval process. I ended up making 3 edits to the custom logo on the hard hat. It took 7-10 days for the design department to turn each edit around, which added about a month to the order process. It took about 2 months from when I placed the order to when I recieved the hard hat.

Also, when I recieved the final product delivery, the business logo was in the correct location on the front but the employee name was supposed to be on the side (and was on the side in the approved designs). I didn't send it back because I didn't want to have to wait to get it corrected and re-sent given it had already been 2 months.

I ordered what was titled cold weather jacket and got a high viz Spring Fall jacket.
I am wearing it on the warmer days and on the cold days it's in my car staying warm.
I got a fleece lined jacket from a competitor that has more pockets than I have stuff to put in them

I never received these gloves but agreed to settle on a cheaper looking pair after customer service reached out to me. The ones I received are comfortable and soft on the hand but the cuff is stiff and appear to be cheaply made.

My order was placed Nov 26. It arrived Dec 18. Original eta was Dec 2. When it didn't arrive, I contacted customer service. They reply to voicemail & emails-- and quickly!

Discount Safety Gear is a very good company and most of what I purchased were clearance items and even at that the quality of the items is very good.

Safety Gear did a great job with my recent order. They sell a wide range of safety PPE and I really appreciate that they also offer customization on some items. I ordered two hardhats with my own custom logos, and the final products came out clean, sharp, and exactly how I envisioned them. The hats themselves feel solid and well-built, not cheap or flimsy.

I placed my order back in October during a holiday break for the company, so there was a short delay before they could process it. However, as soon as the holiday was over, they took care of my order right away with no hesitation or extra waiting. I still received my hardhats in a reasonable time frame, and the communication around timing was clear. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the service and the quality of the products.

I order the shoes for my new job and I was told that the product got delivered but it wasn't so I had to request a refund and find some shoes in store. After I've already been at my job for like a month, I received the shoes in the mail with no email or anything saying why I received them so late or even after I've received my refund.
