Purchased a Protech. It was too big for my hands so I wanted to exchange it for another Protech. I was informed there was no exchanges, but I could get in-store credit which I'm going to be doing to get it a new Protech knife. Kimberly was very helpful as usual. Excellent customer service from Blade HQ as always.

The Blade HQ Customer Service Department is First Rate! I had a question about if the Boker Scout Thuja came with a leather belt holster. The person that I corresponded with was very professional, checked with the distribution team, and reported back to me that it did. All correspondence was professional and prompt.

First pocket knife

At first I didn't like the super small size of the body of the knife but I think it's a plus now. It takes no space on your pocket and the blade is crazy sharp. I'm very happy with it and I know you will as well.

I was disappointed to receive my shipment after waiting for the delivery and one of the items was identical but had the wrong steel in the blade. The customer service person worked with me by offering alternatives. Communication was prompt and positive throughout.

Returned handled painlessly

Purchased an Esee knife but the one ordered did not have the steel blade I wanted. Requested a return for my error and it was granted with no drama. Shipped the knife back with the prepaid postage provided. Once they received it, my refund went through promptly.

A+ help with non standard order

I ordered an item over the phone as I was offered a waiver of fed ex fees. I can not use USPS as my local post office loses ~50% of my packages and has confirmed there is nothing to be done.

I never received the initial email confirming my order and our communications was a result of this. I also asked my order be credited to my blade awards account. All was done well and promptly
