Sent a knife back because it didn't meet my expectations and the compression lock was pinching my finger when the knife closed. Got an email the day they received my return and said it's been returned successfully. Great customer service and I will continue to use Blade HQ for all my knife addictions!

Cloey and team were very polite and efficient in their assistance with resolving my issue of buying a quality and reasonably priced wallet that wouldve been sturdy enough to hold up to the rigours of firefighting... except it was too large to fit in my duty pants pocket without hanging out and risking falling out when quickly donning bunker gear for responses. It was my mistake to not consider dimensions. Nevertheless, I was still granted a refund, for which I am grateful.

I don't usually ask for things, but I do have a knife obsession and have loved these people and their knives since I lived in Utah and they were in Lehi I think right outside Thanksgiving point. I probably spent way more than I care to share, but at least two infidels some Microtech. Some other benchmades can't really help myself. But always from you guys so just on a whim when I couldn't spend any more on knives I saw you guys were offering a promo calendar. I just thought maybe I'd ask. Maybe you guys would I don't know. Send me one sure enough I was right Jen that I talk to was wonderful. I mean I'm sure it. Everyone always has been sorry for the talk to text. Not only was Jan helpful with shipping me a calendar. I promise I would've done this either way. I've got a Google review up. Melinda used to be my friend anyway she even helped me figure out that I could send a couple of the most recent knives I bought back because I wanted that sell shade Medusa, but as I went to bed that night, thinking about it once I woke up this morning it was already sold out. Oh well, hopefully a new Medusa will come out in the cell shade. Thanks again for everything happy holidays. You guys are wonderful. Jen was wonderful. Don't have enough nice things to say about you. These guys ship fast, so fast in 2 hours I asked to cancel an order they replied it was in a locked crate but to contact them for a free return label for a refund once they got it back. No run-around with BladeHQ, they processed the return/refund today.

BladeHQ gets top marks from me. Although my ordered knife was lost by Deutsche Post, or rather, has certainly found a new, illegitimate owner, Jen and Chad worked with great enthusiasm to resolve the issue. We exchanged several very friendly and personalized emails.
In the end, they refunded me for the Microtech – even though, according to the tracking information, the knife made it all the way to Germany.
Their responsibility technically ends at the German border.
Nevertheless, they issued a refund.
A truly customer-friendly company.

I. Had a flawless return experience with Cloey E. At BladeHQ. I shipped the return on 12/16/25 and it was delivered on 12/18/25 and the refund processed on 12/19/25. Many companies could take a lesson in customer service from Dloey E. And BladeHQ.
