Knife was sent on time and the post office messed up. Complete incompetence from the post office. Zack sent the knife again, and unbelievably post office screwed up but I was ready and caught it in time. I finally got my knife thanks to Zack. GREAT WORK BLADE.

Ordered an item on 3/16 and as of 3/29, just received message that it will be 2-3 days longer until delivery. FedEx is actually the worst shipping service time and time again, which BHQ continues to use.

I've been using BladeHQ for all my blade needs and obsession for that last 10 years or more. Reasons:
1. Their descriptions give you all the info you need unlike other sites that tell you what they think will sell.
2. Customer Service is great. The very few times I've needed them, they were courteous, knowledgeable and prompt.
3. Their prices are competitive and usually lower than the rest.
When people ask where I look for knives, BladeHQ is what I tell them.

SMH. Bought a knife over $167 and that came with a free knife. 4 days later I get an email for a "Gift card" and saw it was for a refund of order...I never received any email prior to this one about my order being cancelled or anything. Called and they said they "OVER SOLD" my knife I purchased and just straight up canceled the order without even sending me an email that they were going to and the reason. They could have just asked if I wanted a different color way or something. Here is the kicker...now the free knife I was promised with my original order is "OUT OF STOCK" and they will do nothing about that...smh...
