I had an excellent experience with customer service. FedEx said it delivered the package, but we never got it. We finally found the contact information for customer service (no phone number, bummer) at Birddogs Shorts <*******@birddogs.com>. They suggested we call FedEx, but when told that FedEx refused to help, Birddogs sent a second pair immediately. Unfortunately they don't fit, but it was easy to return that pair and ask for a new one. I guess we'll see how that goes...
This company wins the award for the worst customer service EVER. In fact, there really is no customer service whatsoever. There's no phone number which is obviously by design. The email help is no help. My son ordered size M shorts and they sent large. Shipped those back weeks ago and still no credit. Never received the free T-shirt with his order, which I was to. D they couldn't send separately even though it was their mistake. Once this fad passes these folks will be out of business bc no one can sustain with the (complete lack of) customer service they have.
I bought one pair and love them so much, I'm buying another pair. I don't know why people are complaining about the price. If they're too expensive for you, don't order them. You knew the price before you ordered. Not rocket science.
These shorts are extremely comfortable, sturdy, and look great with a T or a polo.
Logo started ripping off and fraying after 5 months of very very light use. Only washed on delicate cycle and hung dry. Talked to customer service and they have a strict 90 day return policy. Bad quality and waste of money. Stick with Lululemon.
Don't buy shorts. You will instantly regret it. They are just bad quality shorts with liners and they just paid for a lot of ads saying they were good.
My son bought his 1st & last pair over overpriced shorts. Their quality stinks and when they were sent an email re: the defective shorts they say it's been over 90 days - basically tough luck. My son a college student and purchased during winter months - obviously barely worn and home for summer when I commented they looked terrible. Never again purchasing this low quality brand.
I sent shorts back weeks ago for an exchange and haven't been able to get a response as to the status of my shorts. All I needed was a new pair because they started to fall apart after one wash. I have sent them over numerous emails and phone calls (phone calls don't have an option to leave a voice mail, it just says "Call Back"). They have responded with "Great! Once we have that processed you will get an email with tracking info!" This was 3 weeks ago when USPS said my shorts were delivered... not happy. I hope to get this sorted out and ill be happy to adjust my review, thank you.
Answer: Its legit, albeit run terribly. Believe the horror stories you read in reviews about customer service. Its real
Answer: Yes. I would checkout Chubbies or Lululemon. Both are superior products, and they ship out when they say. And have amazing customer service.
Answer: Impossible. Days, weeks will go by if you somehow do receive a response. And if you do receive a response, they are very disrespectful.
