Although quite pricey, I figured I'd try. Bought two pairs. When I finally received them, one of the buttons broke. I emailed to ask how I could get an exchange only to receive an email stating that although bird dogs "love all their customers" they couldn't process returns/exchanges from Canada. My only option was to pay ($31) to ship the pants back to bird dogs. If they really "love all their cus" maybe they should have told me their policies when I placed my order and they knew I lived in Canada. I had to pay $25 to replace their defective button. I guess in the future, I'll buy similar pants from Simons (for $60 instead of $109).

The shorts are alright and the liner is comfortable. The pockets stink and are cut oddly. Such that your hands and wallet will not fit. You better get the size and color right the first time as their customer service is the worst. Trying to exchange a pair of shorts is quite a hassle - the helpless email address is non responsive. They treat customer service much like their douchebag advertising... without any business savvy.

I tried to reach the company fir an exchange.
Response was team was busy. I never got anymore communication. The don't have a phone number.
They take your money. But no service. Too arrogant and ignorant of common sense.

Horrendous customer service

No Phone number to call and they never answer emails. This company is clearly owned by millennials. Bathing suit tore on first wear.

Bought sports shorts and they are actually really good. Too bad about customer service which is infuriating

I ordered a pair of khaki birddogs after finally caving under their constant marketing. The shorts didn't come for two weeks, after which i finally got an email saying they were "stuck in the port". That was the only email or communication i got from them after sending 5+ emails trying to track down my order. They finally arrived, and were the wrong size. I reached out to try and get a different pair, and cannot get an email back. This is the absolute worst customer experience i have EVER had with a company. I will never buy another thing from them and will tell anyone who will listen. Terrible! The shorts aren't even that great also, they feel slippery and cheap!

Over three weeks since order processed, payment taken and tracking info given. Shipping company has not seen product, company has not responded to 3 emails ( their help line), and zero communication regarding order, refund or anything else. Continue to get cutesy emails they can produce, but no products. I'm wondering if they write the reviews.

Purchased 2 pairs of shorts with the liner. Steel Magnolias (grey) / Dildo Baggins (white/cream). The steel magnolias are fine. Fit takes some getting used to. The dildo baggins are very transparent (thin may be a better description) and show the navy blue liner right through them. Even though the web site depicts them as a solid white color with a "pinkish/flesh" colored liner that is likely less visible. But still these things are almost see through. Contacted company via the only method they provide, email, and still no response as to why the discrepancy or any effort to correct it. They suck as a company. All of the merchandising, communication, packaging and promotion comes off as a bro joke out of college humor which is I guess the image they want. The 15 to 30 year old crowd seems cool with this. Not a sustainable business model.

The first order i placed too forever to arrive. They blamed it on their carrier DHL. They offered me a 15% on my next order by using a promo code. The next order I placed a few weeks later and the Promo code did not work. I placed the order anyway, and I still have not received my order. This order is taken longer than the first one. I contacted them through email and they said it way in transport. When I tracked the package it sat in New Jersey for Four days and the went to Illinois where it has been for Three days. I'm in Utah. The first order arrived in Utah and it took another Three days to be delivered. They need to spend less money on there cartoons and stories and invest in a reliable shipping company. Whole thing sucks a fat vainly one.

I was roped into purchasing birddogs by their cheeky adverts. I enjoyed my first purchase with them; it arrived frictionlessly and right on time.

However, I ordered again from birddogs recently, and I have not received the shipment 20 days after ordering. There is no reasonable way to reach customer service. My emails have been ignored, there is no call center, and their online chat function is automated and woefully unhelpful.

I was very excited when I first placed my order. Immediately received order confirmation & next day tracking information. 3 weeks later & my package has not arrived at shipping company to be sent out. I've tried to email Birddog (no response), I've tried chat (no response) & customer service phone number is not answered. Website states 4-8 business days & order is shipped. Now I'm out over $120 & no way to get order or refund. Ill never use this bogus company again!

Ordered shorts for $60, NEVER RECIEVED, can't contact the company, tracking info is not updated, chat with customer service is never answered, neither have over a dozen emails, except with an immediate response email saying...

Utter disaster

If you were actively trying to create a fantastic product and combine it with the most atrocious customer service, shipping, and overall experience in the history of the internet, you couldn't do any better (or worse as the case may be), than Birddogs. Their product = amazing. Their customer service = there is none. They don't have a phone number and they don't respond to e-mails. Their shipping = there is none. First order took 2 weeks, second order still hasn't arrived and it's been a month. Can't get a refund and can't get anyone to even respond or send me a tracking number.

Overall experience = Utter Disaster. Word to BD, stop advertising, stop burying us in IG ads and spam e-mails, and focus on your customer service and logistics. You have a great product that everyone is going to abandon, starting with me.

Ordered the Uncle Bucks from them 7 days ago and during that time did not hear anything regarding a shipping update. I started a chat on their website which took around an hour to get a single reply, only to have them tell me they were mistakenly listed on the website early as they were a "pre-order". This must be a pretty big mistake because they were listed on the website at least a week or two before I placed my order. After repeated attempts to request a different item and hearing nothing back from their chat service, I cancelled the order. TLDR: placed an order for an item that didn't actually exist even though it was listed on the website, received no pro active communication about the status for 7 full days, customer service took 30 minutes to get a single response, cancelled the order. I'd stay away from this company for the sake of never having to deal with their customer service department

Pants came with the button missing. Reached out to customer service and they told me I needed to basically deal with it myself. Return process was a joke. Wouldn't get a replacement for over a week or two. Pants are okay. Customer service is terrible. Hope you don't have anything go wrong.

Terrible Shiping

So I made the mistake of selecting standard shipping with Birddog. My order was supposed to arrive 10 days after I purchased it. It is now going on 15 days with no end in sight. I assumed it will arrive with 20-25 days if I am lucky.
You can tell this company was started by business majors because they have found the cheapest way of solving all their shipping problems, and have not given a thought to how that affects the client experience.
This product now needs to be at a standard of quality in my mind that is higher than when I initially bought the pants if they hope to make me a return customer.
I give it two or three years before the people running the company start lowering the quality of their clothes to meet their needed profit margins.

Shorted half my order, blamed on USPS / DHL. The box was not tampered with. But through conversation they are 100% confident the items were stolen in transit and asked me to file a theft report. Give me a break nobody is stealing shorts in transit! LOL. They don't even have a detailed packing slip included with the sale. I had to spend 10 minutes looking up photos online to tell what I did receive and what was missing. I told them that was ridiculous and wanted a refund. I will return or donate the items I did receive to goodwill unused as I can't support a company that believes it ok to pass their mistakes onto others. Further with a staff prone to making up excuses, and managers eager to listen.

I have purchased 2 pairs of Birddog shorts for my husband (once at Christmas and again in May) who has a very muscular body type. Never had any issues with the fit and my husband absolutely LOVES them. Ordered one pair of athletic shorts and one pair of khaki shorts. He even said he would only be ordering Birddogs from now on. I did send emails to the company both times I ordered. I had questions with each one and received responses within 24 hours. Shocked by the highly negative reviews. We have never had anything by positive experiences with the company.
