I see these guys adds everywhere. They have some outlandish ads on Instagram and post nearly everyday. They clearly have a fully staffed marketing team. Only problem is their customer service blows... I ordered pants three weeks ahead of a big work trip. Assuming that even worst case scenario a three week lead time would be plenty. Nope. Still no work from customer service on shipping. But the videos keep going up. Someone over there is working. Just not the team that actually fulfills the orders that the crazy Instagram ads bring in. Save your money and go elsewhere.
Ordered 2 pairs of shorts. Took over a week to get them. One of the pockets split open after the first wear. Exchanged them. Two weeks and I still don't have my exchange. I had to reach out to customer service once already because the order exchange feature didn't work on the website.
I like some of their clothes. In fact for Christmas I bought a bunch of it. However, the way they packaged it by just dumping all of it, unfolded and uncared for was disrespectful. It says you don't care about your customers enough and you'll just throw everything in a box and take my money. The clothes are not worth it.

Ordered zero dark 30. Waited for 2 months, continued to get "witty" email updates about the status. Shorts never arrived. This company is trash and not worth anyone's time or money.
Cheaply made product that had zippers break after wearing them 6-7 times. After the 90 return window by two weeks, and they offer no help. Just too bad. Obviously bad product, but worse customer service. Buy pants somewhere they make quality product and appreciate the customer.
Ordered Cooper Mannings. Not good For Stocky built men. These shorts and pants are built for the slim fit fragile new school kids. I do BJJ and my right leg wont fit through. Over priced and I'm a sucka, for over paying.
You get no real contact with their service "people" and you will not necessarily end up with the product you ordered. When you try to correct it, they send you a link that doesn't work, which of course is your fault. I now have a very expensive pair of pants that doesn't come close to the fit the sizing indicates. Do not order from them unless you like paying for nothing but aggravation.

I purchased a pair a week ago. Put them on and loved them until the zipper on the left side "extra" pocket split open. I had these on for less than 8 hours and the zipper failed. Emails into customer services have been ignored. Comfortable pants but junk zippers and zero customer service = I'm sending them back (along with two other colors I also ordered). Birddog marketing is irreverent and kind of arrogant. This would be fine if the pants were quality. But to have such marketing for such a low quality product just makes the awful experience that much worse.
We were supposed to work together on a marketing campaign, for which my company was hired, and they disappeared and stopped responding to emails after the work had been delivered. Highly unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful of our time. Unfortunately the bill was not enough to take legal action. This company does not show an ounce of integrity in their dealings.
I bought two pairs of shorts for my boyfriend on 8/12/2020. Because of COVID, I was understandable that it may take longer than usual to receive the shorts. About 10 days pass and I received a package from bird dogs but there was only 1 pair of shorts that arrived. So just to confirm that the shorts are just being shipped separately, I emailed them on 8/27/2020 and I got an automatic reply back saying they'll get back to me in a few business days. Well... it is now 9/10/2020 and I never received a reply back to my email and I still have not received the second pair of shorts soooo I'm pretty sure they don't have a customer service team at all at this point... the reason why I gave them 2 stars instead of one is only because my boyfriend really likes the first pair of shorts we have received and he finds them very comfy; however, he doesn't have to deal with their customer service so that's the only reason why he likes Birddogs.
So I would say, as long you don't have to deal with their customer service, then I guess you'll be fine with their clothing...
I never write reviews but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I saw an ad for birddog shorts of Facebook and decided to order my boyfriend a pair. I placed the order on July 26th and the site stated that the shorts would be shipped out on July 27th, arriving in 4-7 business days. Two weeks went by and I hadn't received the shorts or any kind of shipping updates and when I checked the status, it now said the shorts would be shipped on August 19th. No big deal I just figured they were backed up. By late August, when I still hasn't received my package or any shipping notifications, I decided to reach out to their live customer service chat (since they have no direct phone number) and received no response. I reached out to this "live" chat a few times and when I kept getting no response I decided to email their customer support. Well, it's now September and I have no package and zero word from anyone at their company. At this point, I'm convinced that I'm never getting that pair of shorts so I have disputed the charge and will never shop here again (if this is even a legit company) Absolutely ridiculous.
Bought a pair of shorts a month ago still haven't received them. Sent multiple emails and messages and heard nothing all they did was take my money. Don't buy!
The tracking experience on my purchase was just awful, they don't keep you updated so I spent over a month trying to make sure my husband didn't receive the package since it was supposed to be a surprise gift for him. Then this morning he steps outside and there's the bright orange box with Birddog written all over it - dead give away! Thanks for ruining the surprise I worked to hard to keep a surprise. At least offer the option to not have it arrive in obvious, obnoxious packaging. They're too concerned with having a "cool" image than having a good experience for their customers.
Order never showed up and the even worse customer service. Stay AWAY and do yourself a favor.,
The Product: I've bought about 8 different pairs of shorts and 2 pairs of pants from this company. The shorts sizing is completely inconsistent based off simply the color of the shorts. The only pair of shorts that i found that doesn't shrink and is consistent in sizing is the "Knight Riders" pair. I have since sold all of the other pairs that i bought.
The Company: They are absolutely terrible at shipping the orders timely. I have never received an order in the window that I was promised. Sometimes they have products on backorder, which i understand happens, but they still don't ship them out when they say. What makes matters worse, is they have THE WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. I purchased a pair of pants, and they ended up being delivered 3 months after I placed the order. When I got them, I did not like the fit, so I went online and submitted a return request and they sent me a prepaid return shipping label. I sent them back, and got crickets. No refund. Contacted them, and they said it was past the return window. I said OK then why give me a return shipping label? Crickets. I then said OK, send them back to me. They said sorry, it's too late. So, these a$$holes received my return, kept the pants, AND kept my $100. And then blamed me in our email chain.
Sorry for my french, but f*ck these guys. Do not waste your time, buy from Chubbies or Lululemon - companies that treat customers with respect.
Paid extra for shipping quickly, merchandise did not arrive. The email customer service said expect a 1-3 day response. The website is full of snarky "don't bother us" comments for problems. Since you have to pay up front, you can't get refunds from your credit card company if it doesn't arrive. Believe me, I tried.
These are the worst shorts I've ever worn and I've worn lots of shorts. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from birddog products. Not comfortable, rip easily, and are so ugly. 0 star review.
Got the normal size that my son wears and they were too small. Sent them back with the return label provided in the box and they said they never received them. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO HELP AT ALL, didn't bother to check, and were told if we didn't provide proof we were out our money. Well, we are out our money, since my husband lost the return receipt. Fact is they are out sales since we never got to try the initial pair in the correct size to see if we liked them well enough to buy more. Terrible company to do business with.

Answer: Yes. I would checkout Chubbies or Lululemon. Both are superior products, and they ship out when they say. And have amazing customer service.
