After numerous emails I was given complete refund! (one thing right thank you. It should have been done in first place!)
1)My True belief:
Bird dogs should be sold or run by professionals not spoil brats who never worked a day in their life!
2) Customer Service is so important to the success in any form of interaction with public! Bird dogs have none! Instead I was insulted, and abused by staff.
A) Matt then told me my credit card flagged as stolen (it was not)
B)The company never emailed me. They had my email!... Said my address was wrong, Then said I ordered wrong! Then my credit card was flagged! ** Please note I called credit card company THEY SAID ALL WAS FINE WITH MY CARD! *** Called my Bank: THEY SAID ALL WAS FINE WITH ACCOUNT! EVEN NOTED THEY INCLUDED ORDER IN TRANSACTION! PLEASE NOTE BANK STATED ODD THEY REMOVED PAYMENT BEFORE DELIVERY!
1) So lets see first they didn't have my address (you cant order with out one)
2) my credit card no good... they got and took money right away.
3) They claimed I ordered wrong! Funny the bank sent me a copy of order and it looks fine to me! Also If I had one problem with order I would have been apologetic to customer and contacted NOT BIRD DOGS JUST TAKE MONEY ANYWAY YOU CAN AND BLAME CUSTOMER FOR FAULTS! WELL not this customer I will not be blamed or faulted for trying to buy something for my husbands birthday! Imagine I was in tears over all this for nothing!
DONT SHOP THIS RUDE SITE! NO ACCOUNTABILITY BLAME CUSTOMERS FOR THEIR OWN LACK OF EXPERIANCE! NEVER IN MY LIFE TREATED SO POORLY MADE ME CRY TOOK MY TIME OVER NOTHING!
Matt said I ordered wrong. Work with me. How does one order wrong then company doesn't get in touch with you! Instead they tell you You are wrong go away lol after they took my money! What happen to old fashion customer service?
3) I have poof in email exchanged company kept changing their story as to where was my order. So Long Bird Dogs!
4) they took money on 11th of JULY 2018. I paid in full. Then on July 18 th I had still heard nothing from them! When I inquire via client chat employee was short and gave me a cook book answer to why I had heard nothing! He said problem at our end... we should get out by tomorrow! That change to Matt saying 1 to 3 days. Good Lord!
4) When I requested express shipment I got no reply! I had to go to a wake in real life as It has been going on for 2 hours of where is my order.
5) Please note everything is out of stock on their web site.
6) This SMALL COMPANY WAS ON SHARK TANK (THE SHARKS DID NOT INVEST BECAUSE THREE YOUNG MEN RUDE and KNOW IT ALLS> THEY WERE RUDE THEN... THEY DONT NEED ANYONE!)
7) I was raised to act as you are treated! When a company takes money with no shipping date or email saying when to expect product Yes it angers me!
8) I believe they did not have my order in stock and insulted me with garbage replies hoping I would wait another week for the nonsense shorts. After I inquired. If my order was wrong then why not email me! The bank got my order right WHY LIE?
