Lucy and the other people I chatted with were super helpful! I had several questions and there was a live person in the chat at all hours (even during the middle of the night!) The banners turned out exceptional! I will definitely be using them again!
I made two designs and was told each was saved under My Designs but then I could only find one. I had to do the second design again from scratch. The site isn't quite as intuitive as others, but at least i got everything done and ordered.

Design tool is good, but was a little frustrating. I tried bringing in an SVG file from another online vector creation program, but the fonts I chose were not in BannerBuzz's library and the finished product did not display correctly. Otherwise, the process was fairly easy.
I can't say enough about this company as they have guided me through a lot of chaos and helped rectify errors which were nothing to do with them. I will use again and def recommend:-)
LET'S HOPE IT LOOKS GREAT: i Received the table runner you guys did a great job. The colors were great and nice job on the logo as well. Very pleased with it.
I underestimated the size of the table runner, so the designer and I kept going back and forth as we tried to squeeze in as much as we could. BannerBuzz was unfailingly polite and upbeat, even though I must've made them crazy. When I actually unpacked the finished product, I was so thrilled. It was beautiful. Will definitely return to them!
