The payment would not go through even though there is plenty in the account, and I tried changing browsers, and tech support was not helpful. Turns out that Chrome doesn't always work for them which they advised, but that wasn't the issue or at least changing browsers didn't help. I ultimately made the payment through PayPal and was lucky it went through. That said, the item, cake significantly earlier than expected and it looked phenomenal. The stand was pretty awesome too.

Flag turned out great. But then the bait and switch comes on. They ship with stands that shouldn't be default. So I had to buy new ones at $50 each. But they say Offered a 25% discount on my next purchase so I ordered them only to then enter that discount code and response says it doesn't apply to Add on items. WTH?! So I then talk to customer service and they say that they don't have ability to fix this. I can not recommend any vendor who does this and doesn't enable customer service to actually help!

Ordering was simple, and so was approving the artwork for printing. My only slight complaint is that the cards were not packaged very well and some have a little bit of damage to them. Fortunately, we ordered more than we needed so we're okay on that front.
Ordering, proofing and receiving were all easy as can be.
Before I start may I say I put up a review on their website but it seems they delete them as it doesn't show. I'm guessing their website reviews are fake.
I showed them an example of the pattern in which I wanted the logo to be printed which consisted of 4 rows of the logo from left to right, I was trying to show them how I wanted it laid out, that's all. They took this literally and designed my banner with the 4 rows only, meaning 1/3 of the top of the banner blank and 1/3 of the bottom blank has nothing on it (waste of space) not only that, but even worse the banner came stained. After writing several emails and sending them a video, their suggestion was to wash it. So after spending $761 this is what I get. I'm still trying to work something out with them and if they do what's right then I'll be happy to change my review.
$761 is not cheap, it could be someone's weekly salary!

The products were received on time and were of good quality. I would recommend your company to anyone looking for trade show products.
