This company is horrible! I ordered 13 orders of different business card sized products. This amounted to hundreds and hundreds of cards. When the items were delivered they were all shoved into too small boxes, the edges were all bent and messed up, some of them had what appears to be hairs printed on them, they were virtually ALL damaged. I email them to let them know and they proceed to make me jump through a ton of hoops, including multiple emails, dozens of images and multiple videos showing various angles of the cards and how they were packaged. Then they tell me they can clearly see there was significant damage but now they want me to photograph EVERY SINGLE card that was damaged and send the evidence to them. As mentioned this is over 500 cards. And they want me to photograph every one! It's like they hope you will give up and stop asking for a refund or reprint. Just save your energy and use another company. If they mess up your order they will go to great lengths to get you to give up on getting them to right their wrong.

Please avoid this company. The first order I placed for the logo cloth banner was fine so I ordered the second one. I specifically advised to use the same artwork from the order with order number and account information. And what I have received was the blurry quality and no refund or resend even I tried to be sensible with this issue. If the printing company can't control their quality of product there is no way to use them as promotion items. I am very disappointed of the after care customer service. All the money just wasted

Design tool was not extremely user friendly, but overall workable. However, their customer service was very quick to respond and help out. The 8x8 fabric banner with stand are very good quality and they arrived ahead of schedule. Would highly recommend BannerBuzz!
