I placed a "tester" order for window clings. It was a little later than first advised but I hadnt sent the files correctly so my problem. First order quality was good and order was correct.
2nd order - this is where problems started. I ordered 40+ items. Received an email (2 days before delivery was due) asking to send files updates, which I did. Then received an email advising white ink layer, which I declined as the whole point is you can see through them. Designer ignored instructions, added one anyway and I got a bill for £111.78. Rang and spoke to them (in India), was assured it would be put right. 12 emails later with "updates to order" my bill is now £300+, it is in triplicate (still with the white layer) but now a 3rd batch that is die cut. Ive raised 2 tickets on the order, sent 3 emails, had 2 chat conversations plus rang them. Ive been promised a call back 3 times, non of which has yet materialised. I have customers now wanting refunds as the new despatch date is 29th May but no doubt that will change.
A complete and utter joke, which is a shame because when they do actually manage to get something to you it is quite nice

Bannerbuzz was careful to make sure I was pleased with the outcome of my order. The logo picture I sent to them was small, but they made some adjustments and the logo and words are perfect.
Uploaded my artwork and provided a description of what I needed. They sent me a mock up to approve the design which was just as I requested. The banners arrived before the due/promised date and are perfect. Just what I needed! Very easy transaction!

Terrible Company. This was my first and only order ill ever make. I ordered a huge banner for my company for an event. It arrived damaged with holes and scratches in so it was unusable and had to pay a lot of money for another one to be printed ASAP.
These clowns aksed me for a picture of the damages and the packaging. Which i did.
Then they said they needed a picture of the whole banner which was a huge one. It wouldnt fit on a pciture in my small apartment spread across the floor.
So they couldnt refund me without that.
What an absolute joke. Dont us these scammers.

Very easy to place custom order and your proofing was simple to do.
Ordered stickers on 31 Mar. Initially it should have been here 26 April. Way too long for a sticker but whatever. Then I discovered that the new arrival date is 6May. They were stickers that required no input and it will take over a month? So I canceled and will have to read through incoherent email messages to figure that out.

Ordered April 4th. Was to be delivered April 20th for an event. Specifically ordered in time for said event. Whole order was delivered on time forcing me to spend triple to rush order to replace. They fought me on giving a refund since items were not delivered as promised. The companies lies and is deceitful. If I had known I was dealing with India for shipping and customer service I would have NEVER purchased from them. They do not disclose that they are in India and customer service is there to protect them not you. Refused to give a partial refund for items due to lack of on time delivery despite one agent saying they would and another not. DO NOT USE. THEY ARE AWFUL ALL AROUND.

Make many mistake and never do like what I've asked for.
They keep asking me to approve the artwork they made even if I keep telling them to correct the artwork first,they won't do! But keep asking me to approve the artwork...
For example I told them to make the letters in very light pink, they made it very dark pink
I asked them to make the letters yellow colour but they made it pink colour
Now they've late me for 2 weeks and I'm still waiting...

We understand that you wanted a very light shade of pink, but the designer used the closest color available, which was a darker shade of pink. We acknowledge that you approved all the artwork except for one color change to yellow, which caused a delay since our designer was unable to make the changes due to a backlog. The banner looks amazing, can't even tell there are seams, even though we were told because of its size it would have them. The only reason it is not 5 stars is because we were supposed to receive it 4 days earlier than we did. I beleive this was probably FedEx's fault, but Im not sure.
This was an order for a 10x8 fabric pop up step and repeat display for a school event happening 1 week from the date or order. The design team was extremely helpful in adjusting the design and making sure the right color was used. The Pantone I submitted could not be matched so they reached out to me and we worked through a different option. The fee for Pantone matching was removed, even though they tried. I am very happy with the quick response time in the live chat, everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable and if they couldn't reach me by phone I got emails and text messages over the weekend and was able to respond and get things done while away from my laptop. Love the design templates and the tool options! 5 stars
It was a great experience, however it took longer to get them than I expected.
I've order from many other online printers and was often frustrated and disappointed with the resulting product. However, BannerBuzz has provided very high quality items consistently.
Great price appears to be everything I expected, except for the missing hardware. I ordered two signs one had the 2 locking brackets to keep the A-Frame open, and the second sign had none. I have emailed customer service 3 times with absolutely no response.
Our stretch table cover is AWESOME! So, we decided to order banners too! It arrived in a timely manner and looks FANTASTIC!
