Site is easy to use, but orders do not ship when they say they will and they made no effort to expedite it based on the date needed by or the fact that I paid extra for next day shipping. They also showed that half my order had shipped but no update on the rest of the order, when I called to check I found out none of my order had shipped.

My experience with BannerBuzz was not pleasant. It is nearly impossible to speak to a representative. You will wait on hold for 30+ minutes just to have the phone system cut you off because they have too many people in the queue. The email will also bounce back. They don't seem to be a legit company at all.
The banner I ordered was incorrect. They actually removed portions of the art work and added kidish looking icons to the banner instead. When I chatted in they could not help me and sent my request to the 'concern team' which they said would taken 1-3 days to hear back from.
The error was so clear that it should have been resolved right there an then.
Do not waste your time and money on this business. I will not order from them again!
I never got my banner. I got one phone call that I thought was Spam and so I did not return it. I should have received an email letting me know the status of my banner. I did not receive an email..
It was OK. I was able to change my png image to an AI image using an online image vectorizer. It would have been helpful to be told that that was possible choosing from https://videoconverter.wondershare.com/convert/vector-converter-alternative.html They give you a choice of 10 different ones with pros and cons of each.

I ordered a flag, the stand is very weak and the flag falls easily. The colour of the flag is very different to the design i've sent. They refused to give me a refund. Scammers! Avoid at all cost!

I was hesitant and skeptical, but the reviews were overwhelmingly good, so I decided to give it a shot. So glad I did! It was pretty easy to create the runners I wanted, the service is really quite good, and I got immediate attention when I needed help via the chat bot who diverted to a person. Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
