The reason I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that I thought I had ordered and paid for a two-sided reflective metal sign and what I received was printed on only one side. I have emailed BB to check on this because I couldn't figure out how to look back at my actual order placed to see what it indicated: whether one or two-sided.
Template quite easy to use and customer rep able to answer my questions easily. I also didn't have to wait long to be able to talk with someone.

Easy to upload artwork. I was offered a coupon, but when I signed in with my new account (which was required), the coupon was removed. Tried chatting with a rep and they offered me a less valuable coupon. Definitely was a frustrating 1st time experience with ordering.
When I received the 40"x72" signs, two of the corners were bent from shipping; one of the two was easily noticeable.I wish they would have done a better job protecting an aluminum product.

The communication was brutal. I hired a designer and I would call every day and they told me I would have my design by end of day and never did. I finally ended up designing it myself and ordering it. They didn't give me a credit for not using their designer. I will say though I was incredibly impressed with the actual product (a large banner). It came on time and the quality was incredible. The pictures were clear and we got many comments on it at our first event. I would order from them again but only for things I've designed myself.

You need a way to set up tax exemption for the first order.
They made it very hard to make a tax exempt order. We are a government agency. They asked for things that no one ever asked before.
The rest of the experience was great The product came in as promised, was correctly produced and was good quality.

Site is easy to use, but orders do not ship when they say they will and they made no effort to expedite it based on the date needed by or the fact that I paid extra for next day shipping. They also showed that half my order had shipped but no update on the rest of the order, when I called to check I found out none of my order had shipped.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
