My whole experience from beginning to end has been wonderful. Everyone has been so helpful. The design process was super easy, and I loved that I could see my banner before I submitted for printing. My design needed to be changed, and they made it happen.My banner arrived when expected and is just perfect. I will definitely use BannerBuzz again should I need another banner. I would highly recommend BannerBuzz! Thank you for the wonderful customer service and excellent product! You ROCK!
Easy order process because they kept my past order
I needed a table cover for our organization. I sent the logo requirements and the final product was great.
However, since the corners are not stitched but rather hot sealed, they may fray or tear. Time will tell, I wish I had known this, I would have order the more expensive cover. Still very happy with this.
It was good. A little confusing when it came to my payment with pay pal so I used Apple Pay and it worked out fine after that.
Easy process, quick service. One minor issue: I have reordered the same item twice and both times the proof artwork sent to me was an early version that had to be corrected/modified by the BannerBuzz staff both times per my directions. Not sure why they didn't send me the final proof from the previous order which was what they printed.
I bought 2 banners, they were shipped separately and should have been with me late July. One of the banners has still not arrived. I have reached out to BannerBuzz a bunch of times, they agree that they shipped it late, but then said the problem was with Fedex. Fedex tells me that any search has to be initiated by BannerBuzz. Whenever BannerBuzz emails Fedex about this, they use a bogus email address that immediately gives a non delivery notice. I've told them that the email address is wrong and they either already know, or they just don't care. We're going on for over 2 weeks since I expected to have the banner. The event that it was to be used at has long since passed. I had to have an alternate banner made locally so I'm massively - like $500 - out of pocket from this. BannerBuzz didn't insure the shipment so they have no insurance to claim against. No one at BannerBuzz is helping. Don't use them, its just too high risk.

I ordered a banner with rush shipping to get it here for my son's going away party and the date was set to arrive August 10/23. I placed the order at 2am while on break at work and then received an email the next day to approve the work which I did, then the next day I received another email to approve the work which I did to then be told it won't be sent to me until after the 14th? No where did it state the dates would change after approval of the art work when i paid. Now I have no option for a banner for my son's party as it is too late and the party is on the 12th. They will not refund my money which is fine but they will not even change it to regular shipping even though it has not shipped. This company has awful workers on the phone whom cannot answer a question or problem solve. AWFUL. And you ruined his party. Thank you.

FedEx decided to hold the shipment in Memphis, TN and kept pushing the delivery date forward by one day. I had to email BannerBuzz customer service that was able to get FedEx moving. Just something to keep in mind.

The people who tried to help me on the chat two different times were nothing less that a total waste of time. Then I got an email telling me how to get the creases out. I already know these methods and they didn't work. Bottom line is.FEDEX SCREWED UP the order by crushing and bending the box it was shipped on. This is on them and they should be reimbursing you to send another banner. I don't know why this is so difficult for you to understand. Just put a claim into FedEx and get it replaced! DUH!

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
