My order for a 4x6 banner was mishandled, resulting in a vertical image on a horizontal banner. This was a major inconvenience and caused me a great deal of frustration. I contacted their customer service, which is located in India, but their response was delayed and unhelpful. They blamed the error on me, which is unacceptable given that I provided the correct specifications. Common sense would say that this banner is useless.
I was looking for a vendor who printed double sided flags, and found BannerBuzz. Cost was great, website was easy to navigate and use. Was not looking for another vendor as we do not do a lot of flags, but looked into website and found you all print things we often have customers for. So we will hopefully be ordering from them again in the near future.
Two thumbs up, just what I was looking for and more
Their Idea of a flag printed on both sides is actually 3 layers of material printed on the outer two sides with a third layer in between. If you want a flag to fly on a flag pole this is NOT the company to use.

If you make some what complex designs and are familiar with the process, you may not get what you expect. I did my designs with Corel I've been using it for 30 years. I've been in and around the printing business for almost the same period of time. So if you understand what the differences between full White and a white background are, and your design, in my case it was a vinyl decal for a sailing yacht, then you may be disappointed when you receive a product that is not full White on a clear product so the surface you place the decal on the color of that substrate shows through where you expected White. And on the other hand, being given a product with a white background when you wanted full White and clear background, so the end result does not look as professional. Or as you/ the artist intended. I am mostly disappointed in that when I pointed out the error on my first order they had no intention of correcting it and even told me they were unable to do "full White". I still needed two more pieces to complete the project. I assumed that after talking to them so many times that I would be able to at least get these last two pieces as I expected. I decided against my better judgment to give them a second chance. So this time with ordering a clear decal with full White... no full White and this time completely clear so the substrate it was being placed on, its" color shows through where the design should be white. I know I'm rambling, and I also know that those that don't understand the process or created their design on the bannerbuzz platform me not ever know the difference. The problem with me is I do and I know what I expected to be the end result. So now when I have to look at it on the yacht I cannot unsee it and it makes me ill. The quality of their product is just fine. They're pricing is very fair. But if you want it perfect, you may want to try elsewhere.

In your recent order, our designers suggested you go with full white ink which makes all the colors in the artwork visible. So, according to that both of your orders were made after your approval and as per your request.
We have reviewed your issue again to confirm that we did not overlook anything that might support a more favorable resolution. Regrettably, there is nothing we can add to what has already been stated in our previous correspondence. Also, according to your artwork, if you still wish to make it correct you can connect to our customer support team by explaining the specific and exact requirement you need, and then place the order.

I uploaded several files at size. I did approve their proof, not realizing they had upscaled the graphic I supplied, which was perfectly sized for my needs. It didn't occur to me they would modify files that didn't need it based on their esthetic. After opening a ticket, a week later management offered a discount instead of making it right. Reprinting for free would have been making it right.
A ridiculous amount of image verifications. It's annoying as hell.
Two weeks before a major event, I decide it's time to order the gigantic banner for my table. A friend recommended Bannerbuzz, so I thought I'd give it a try. I submitted my order and when they reviewed the file, it was flagged as low resolution. When I attempted to view/fix the proof on the website, I had some issues, so I emailed the company. They not only emailed me back, but they called, and emailed zoomed in screenshots of what the quality/print would look like on the banner. Within 24 hours of approving the proof, my banner was in the mail.
I was in awe of the over the top customer service. It felt like the company was just as motivated to get me the banner for this event as I was to have it.
I had asked to preview a proof before sending the item to me, but instead I got an email saying it was being made. When I contacted them about it, all was resolved easily.

Easy to order and even though I didn't go for the extravagant add-ons (only the hanging metal grommes), the quality exceeded my expectations. A 4x3 outdoor banner with custom art for $26? Oh I'll be buying again!

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
