Really great experience. I didn't like what I had initially sent as my banner and they edited it without complaint and sent me new proofs within a few hours. Really happy with the end results!
This company is a scam. We have 2 orders with them. One order was a priority overnight ship and initially they said they would be able to deliver by item a few days before the date I need it by. I called them to make sure the order will come on time and they said yes, but never delivered. The second order originally paid for regular shipping because it would come on time, but the website said I could receive before the day I needed it.
September 24th, I called the customer service to confirm and they said if I paid more money for overnight shipping, I could get it September 28th. I've confirmed many times and they said yes that I will receive it on time. On September 26th, I called back again to confirm with the customer service that I can receive the order before my required deadline. So in total I paid for overnight shipping 2 times and today September 28th, the order will not be delivered by my deadline. I called 4 times and even requested for the supervisor to call me back but never called me back.
Do not order from this company, they are unresponsive, claim to understand my concerns but continue to not help at all.

Absolutely terrible experience using Banner Buzz.
Ordered over £600 worth of product for a corporate golf day on the 22nd of September (ordered a couple of weeks in advance) and chose the "Urgent" shipping option which came at a cost of over £150.
I'm STILL without the products, and when you deal with BannerBuzz you get the exact same email on repeat as it is quite obviously a "auto reply courtesy email".
If you are looking for something urgent and not to be mislead i would hugely consider using somebody else.
We are yet to be refunded for our shipping either as by this point even standard shipping would have got us the items quicker.

Interesting that I paid an extra $400 to have our logo and text printed on our canopy but when it arrived, nothing! The canopy is naked. Not to mention that the order arrived late. Trying to deal with customer service was awful due to language barriers and the chat bot was terrible. I'll never order from here again.
Now to try and get my $400 back for the unprinted canopy.

The process was smooth from start to finish and delivered one time with a phenomenal price that even included rush shipping. I will definitely use them again.

DESPICABLE! DO NOT ORDER from these frauds. They do not operate out of Mississauga, they operate out of India. I had ordered two banners for my company's trade show. They sent two IDENTICAL banners. We looked like fools at the show that costed me $5k. They said they would shop another one which came after the show. What got delivered was just the insert and not the complete item. They want me to take the banner apart and fix it! I'm sorry, I paid for a banner put together, not one that I need to put together themselves. They completely misrepresented themselves in this entire transaction. You feel that you are ordering and dealing with a Canadian Business, but it is all a shell and completely false. Their local listing should be banned on Google. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. You will be burned. Read the other REAL comments.

Exceptional service and quality items. I have never had an issue and when I have submitted artwork that was on a lower quality end the staff has always made the necessary adjustments and I have recieved a perfect product.
I don't typically write bad reviews but I don't like to getting taken advantage of. I do not recommend this company if you need a quality product or good customer service. I tried to save money for my client, but it end up costing me time and aggravation.
I ordered several fabric banners from them. They arrived several days later than they assured me. Which made me look bad to my client. They folded them in a small envelope so they were badly wrinkled. They were also cut badly on the edges with a dull blade. The stitching was fraying.
I sent them detailed photos of the problems. I tried to return them for a better product but the told me to blow dry them. It did not help. The told me to steam them which made the ink run, then they said iron them. I told them I did not own an iron and did not feel comfortable doing that.
I wanted them to be cut and delivered with more care. Instead of trying to send me a better product they stone walled me. I then asked for my money back but again they ignored my calls. I called about this 5 or more times, waited on hold for long periods of time, sent several emails and they said an escalation person would call but they did not.
Finally after weeks of missed communication, they sent an email offering a to replace them, it was too late. I already had to get them done elsewhere. Then they offers store credit only. No way I was going to trust them with another order.
The project only cost me $250 but I lost the money and my time. I had to have them printed at a better printer and missed my client deadlines. They were willing to loose a potential repeat customer over $250. This is a small minded company. Who provides an inexpensive poor quality product with insincere customer service.

We would like to clarify that the banner material (polyester) behaves like fabric and requires ironing and hanging until all wrinkles disappear. We understand that you may not have access to an iron machine, but ironing is the most effective solution, just as it is with regular fabric. Alternatively, hanging the banner for at least 24 hours can also help eliminate wrinkles.
Unfortunately, we are unable to assist you with the refund at this time. As previously advised, we recommended the best course of action for your situation.

I didn't have the ability after creating my design to make it double sided the option was always grayed out
I put in a 4k order. I was called asking about upgraded shipping. I paid $350 extra. It still showed up on the day I originally paid for it, so that was money wasted. We opened the box on the weekend of our show. One of the $400 banners never made it. Unlike every other banner company we've used, two of them didn't automatically have grommets, which required 3 hours of work to add them in. We also have to throw them out after the show. This company can't even have a banner preview after uploading a file.
They can keep the $2000 I wasted on this company as I'll use far more reliable companies. I gave them a chance and they absolutely blew it. This is a person who gets 20k orders every year for our event.

My order for a 4x6 banner was mishandled, resulting in a vertical image on a horizontal banner. This was a major inconvenience and caused me a great deal of frustration. I contacted their customer service, which is located in India, but their response was delayed and unhelpful. They blamed the error on me, which is unacceptable given that I provided the correct specifications. Common sense would say that this banner is useless.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
