Delivery was delayed by 2 days despite paying for urgent delivery - I could see this was going to happen as one of the parcels wasn't even shipped until the day before it was due to be delivered and was still in India. No resolution given apart from an offer of 50% refund on the delivery cost - this is not proportionate to the delay caused and inconvenience, as well as the extra costs incurred as we had to re-order with another supplier to ensure we had what we needed. And the other supplier still delivered before Bannerbuzz, exactly as expected. I will not be using BannerBuzz again.

Designing the banner was easy. Great tools. But uploading the artwork on BannerBuzz site did not work. Even while speaking with tech. Rep, we couldn't get artwork created on BB website to upload (no upload button). But they did provide an alternative way to get them the artwork. That's where problems started. Mis-communication between customer support and the designers delayed production by over a week, and that resulted in delivery times that would be too late for the event. Working with BB rep and FedEx, we managed to get the banners just in time. Quality is excellent, but the fact that they are made in India and have to pass through customs in Memphis created significant delay of multiple days.

Almost a month and I haven't received my purchase as yet. I used them before and they were great. However, it seems as if they didn't care about repeating customer.

Fast, excellent communication and service. Fixed my art file at no charge.

I ordered vinyl for an art exhibition. There were edits and approvals, then more approvals. I responded to each email I recieved and the site was not clear on how I could approve any more than I did. However, it was apparently NOT approved. The job DID NOT move forward, and we ended up cancelling and going local. We will do that going forward. This was a mess.

Purchased several flags from Banner buzz...thier communication & quality are excellent

I uploaded new artwork and it was never used. After uploading it said successful and I confirmed the new image.

Absolutely horrible experince I needed the order on especific date and arrived 4 days LATE! Customer service would not help at all, wouldn't refund me my money, as the ordered was no longer needed due to the late arrival.

Nightmare ordering process, had to call numerous times, they kept saying the would call back - didn't happen. Quality and ease of install was awful too.

Great quality, quick turn-out. We even had a typo on a banner and everything worked out great, getting it replace. Thank you!

Very professional. Great customer service! Graphic designer met my needs as I wanted it.

They have nice table runners at an unbeatable price but I used their color match service and I received a purple item instead of a pale pink. Id recommend going with one of their standard colors or risk getting something not quite right.

I needed a new stretchy display for an upcoming conference at work. When I was shopping around, BannerBuzz came up a little cheaper than the competitors. I designed part of my display on Canva for minor graphic components, but did the rest of the design on BannerBuzz's design platform. It was fairly easy to use. I was able to receive minor help from the design team when I was approving the final proof (didn't need to pay $9 for design option). I received my order in two business days. I wish BannerBuzz had the option for me to pick up at their Suwanee location because it's close to my job, but I had to pay $60 for expedited shipping. Additionally, I received a lot of help from customer service. Every person I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. I would order from here again and highly recommend for marketing professionals.

The website makes you assume the company is in Georgia, while it is actually in India. I paid for a designer to design 5 vinyl stickers for a trade show. I gave a positive review after ordering as the chat customer service was helpful. Once the company had my order and my money I never heard from a designer. I finally called to find out the status of the order. The design had not been started. I did receive a proof and immediately approved it. I was quoted a delivery date of 2/27. It is now March 2nd and I'm being told I might get the order by 3/7 or 3/7. When the trade show is over.

Not satisfied with the process for tax exemption. Order has been pushed back a month all for the certificate to be accepted in the end.
