I ordered a step and retreat kit for an event and it arrived without the stand.

Ordered decals from them and they came damaged, they won't replace because even though they admit the items are damaged I am a few days passed their policy timeframe to help. For a company that boasts good customer reviews you would think they would want to make things right.

I have been a repeat customer for Bannerbuzz. Unlike, past couple of times, this time, I received the products delivered as projected. The products print/color/quality came as expected.

It's ALWAYS good to be detailed about your order because unforseen delays caused my order to arrive AFTER the event for which they were needed. Nothing anyone can do when your order is on a plane in another country! 😗 Product was done well for the most part.

Seems like this time I kept getting emails four times of the same thing. That was aggravating. I haven't seen the end result so it's a wait and see situation here.

These guys are liars and scammers. I placed an order for some vinyl decals. A couple hours after my order, the scope of my project changed and I needed to cancel the order. I called them to cancel my order. I logged in and the order was showing as processing. I reached out to them and they told me that the order was on hold and someone would be contacting me the next day to process the refund. I thought that was odd. I told them that I was concerned that they were going print it. They assured me they would not. Then... I get a call the next day and the guy tells me that they can't cancel my order because it had already been printed. I then asked for proof and I was told that someone would get back to me in a day or two with photos. Knowing they were lying about printing my order, I told them as much. I said that if they couldn't provide proof then I would simply dispute the charge with my credit card company. NOW... Banner Buzz is REFUSING to ship the "already printed" order out (because they haven't printed it) and they are refusing to give me a refund. THEY ARE JUST TAKING MY M ONEY! THAT IS THEFT! Needless to say, I contacted my credit card company who refunded me my money. You should know, THESE GUYS ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS IN THE TRUEST SENSE. I know they are cheap but you get what you pay for.

Our school relies on BannerBuzz for all our promotional and branding requirements. They offer a wide range of high-quality products that effectively meet our needs, from banners to custom signage. Throughout our experience, we have encountered no significant problems. On the rare occasion that a minor issue arose, their customer service team promptly addressed it and resolved the situation efficiently, demonstrating their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, we have found BannerBuzz to be a reliable partner in enhancing our school's visibility and brand image.

Our ordered ended up delayed in shipping. I think this was caused by the time zone difference at first, then there was an unwarranted delay to ship on one product.

We are struggling with delivery and each email kept telling me that priority shipping has an 89% chance of happening. I thought it was weird language, but I figured out was because it wasn't going to be here by the date I pad priority for.

I was unhappy because I was not able to use my tube man. After all, it was not here in time, but I do love it. I will have other events that I can use it.

Every time i submitted a design it took 2-3 days to get back to me. I ended up going somewhere else and had a much better and faster experience

Staff was very helpful. But the approval on proofs was a little confusing.
Overall good experience!

Don't waste your time or money with these guys. Paid extra for overnight shipping and a week later still no order. They told me they had a glitch and shipped from their India location. How is this my fault? Don't trust your project to these guys. They are a big joke. Customer service is worthless

Pretty much all in the headline. I placed an order a month ago. I received several contradictory and nonsensical emails saying to ignore previous email. I responded to each email within hours of receiving it and yet it took days to get a response each time. FInally the products go into production and i receive an email saying the delivery date is Thursday, March 27 (yesterday) for an event March 29 (tomorrow). The item never arrived and when i contacted the company they said it was still in production! I asked to cancel the order and was put on hold to speak with a "cancellation team" for 15 mins. Finally at 8:30pm i said i'm not waiting anymore and sent them an email saying the order needs to be cancelled. I received an email just now, 7pm Friday night, 24 hrs prior to our event starting: "... Unfortunately, the product has already been printed and packed and, therefore, cannot be modified or canceled at this stage. We deeply appreciate your understanding.
Please note that if you choose to cancel the order, the product will need to be discarded, and we can offer a refund for 10% of the product cost and the tax amount. We fully understand that this may not be ideal, and we are here to support you through this process. " A TEN PERCENT REFUND FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS PLACED A MONTH AGO AND HASN'T EVEN SHIPPED THE NIGHT PRIOR TO THE EVENT! If you're looking for a company that can't communicate, can't deliver and has atrocious customer service, this is the one for you!

Item arrived on time and product is great quality. My client was very pleased with the delivery and outcome so, as a result, I'm happy!

Templates were followed but still didn't work, had to approve three times. Quality of the product was average at best

The Banner has taken almost a month and is still not delivered. I received another delay in shipping notice. Will not order again.
