Whether I have ordered collectors cards, brochures, banners, etc. all the products I have received from Banner Buzz have been good quality and a price that beats all other competitors.
We had to revise my order on the design side (which was also a complete mess) a few times but i was still assured that my order would arrive on time. It did not. My order arrived 2 days after my event was shceduled which was the entire reason i ordered from you.

I have purchased from Banner Buzz in the past and had a great experience. This time the online portion was no different except for the fact that I made an error in my initial order. When I called customer service there was a language barrier that caused great confusion. Not only did I find it hard to understand but he struggled to comprehend what I was asking. I politely ended the call and created another help ticket to talk with another customer service representative. I had the same issue with her. I own my part of the challenge but I also feel that the fact the representatives weren't able to understand what I had done (ordered the stand but not the package that included a banner) to help remedy the situation. I ended up having to cancel my order.

I designed my own cards. They were able to make sure my QR code was readable. Processing and shipping did not take long and the quality it very nice. I am very pleased

If you are expecting to get your order overnight with overnight shipping, you'll be very disappointed. We paid for overnight shipping for an event that was three days later…we received the item a week later. Their resolution was to give us 50% off the shipping expense. Will never use again. Poor customer service.

I needed a banner within a couple of weeks, I submitted my logo and they were very quick to get back with my on design changes that needed to happen, and once I approved the design I had the banner within a week. The banner is great quality and I'm super happy with it, will definitely use them again for future needs!

The Step and Repeat Banner arrived folded with deep creases. Luckily it ordered in time to be displayed for days to get some of the creases out. Disappointed it wasn't rolled to avoid deep creases. The print throughout the banner was smaller than expected as well making it hard to read.

I ordered a step and retreat kit for an event and it arrived without the stand.

Ordered decals from them and they came damaged, they won't replace because even though they admit the items are damaged I am a few days passed their policy timeframe to help. For a company that boasts good customer reviews you would think they would want to make things right.

Answer: No, they never recorrect order or never help you in getting it right. They will leave you in a limbo after the product is delivered, for me they did not provide any instructions and spending hours over phone, chat and email support thee refuse to give any instudtions and asked to figure it out myself. Now i am in loss of over $6500 :(
