Ordered hoodie for my wife in November and received confirmation email. In December, I received a 2nd hoodie in the mail that I don't recall ordering. There was no confirmation email for the 2nd hoodie. Tried calling Baerskin, couldn't speak to a real person, left voice mail. No response. Tried again the next week, no response. Sent emails through their web site multiple times, without response. Finally, I received an email telling me I could keep the 2nd hoodie at 40% off or return it for full refund (my cost to ship). I responded to the email that I wanted to know if I could exchange it for a rain jacket (same price). No response. After two more emails without response, I finally gave up and sent the 2nd hoodie back. UPS confirms they received it 2 weeks ago, but I still have not received any type of response or refund. I do not recommend this company. Find a competing product with better customer service.
I ordered both the tactical jacket and water resistance over jacket. Wrong size and my husband just didn't want it. I have tried six times to contact them about returning. No luck with a response. Possibly the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It will definitely be the last time they get my money.
I ordered 2 things from them and have not received them. I got an email that said them were delieved with a tracking number but no company name that supposely delieved them. I have called and emailed so many times but they have not responed to any of them. If they really sent them then just tell me the company that they say delieved them and I would go after them. But nothing from Baerskin. So, now I'm going through my bank to get my money back. Don't buy from them or trust them in any way! I would give them a -10 rating if I could.
Cancelled entire order, confirmed in writing. They shipped anyway to a dead address. No customer service, no comprehension, refund dodged with gift cards. Avoid at all costs.
Nothing but a scam. They don't let you talk to a live person. Nothing but automated canned responses from their chat system and email system. They falsely advertise "Item in Stock. Ships Today". You never hear back from them. If you purchase from them, be sure to use a bank credit card so you can have the charges reversed. Otherwise, they'll rob you blind.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE WITHHOLDING MY REFUND FOR AN ORDER THAT HAS NEVER SHIPPED. UNABLE TO SPEAK TO ACTUAL PERSON AT THIS COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A FRAUD. BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FOR OVER 2 WEEKS.
I placed an order with Bearskin and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The delivery has been badly delayed, with my parcel stuck at EVRI's local depot for several days without progress. I even redirected it to a Parcel Shop in advance to make things easier, but nothing has happened.
I contacted Bearskin customer service multiple times, and while the agent (Jess) initially replied, my formal complaint has since been completely ignored. I have received no meaningful updates, no escalation, and no ownership of the issue. It feels like Bearskin has little or no control over EVRI, and no robust escalation process in place when their courier fails to deliver.
I have had to chase both Bearskin and EVRI multiple times a day, only to be met with vague, repetitive, and unhelpful updates. The situation has gotten out of hand, and I do not believe I am being unreasonable in escalating this further.
At this stage, I cannot recommend Bearskin based on my experience. Poor courier service directly damages Bearskin's reputation, and ignoring customer complaints only makes matters worse. I had expected much better service, and unless my issue is resolved swiftly, I will continue to reflect this honestly in reviews across other platforms.

The stiching that joins the the body of the t shirt and the sleeve was done wrong and it points up when you are wearing the T's. I asked to send them back and get replacements.
I was advised that I would have to pay to have them returned, how is this my problem due to manufacturing mistakes. They need better quality controls.
After a couple of emsils, then I was advised that they would give me replacements or %40 of the value of the items back.
I have asked for them to be replaced.
I have sent photos, and now I have heard nothing. I have sent three emails and have had no response and being ignored. Disgraceful customer service. All I want is what I paid for. Buyer beware of this company. I have replied to the email that they have asked me to do.
They said that they would replace the items, suddenly they have change their minds.

They promised something on a website, when you email privately it is completely different, going around in circles.

After 6 months the zipper started to fail. After one year it had completely failed. I contacted them and they said I was out of luck after six months. Good luck for them. Pathetic. They should spend less money on their fake marketing and more on improving the quality of their product. Don't fall for their advertising hype... they don't stand behind their product.
Absoutely the WORST company I have ever dealt with. Customer service is almost non existant until you threaten them after MONTHS of delays and promises. If you want a size exchange good luck. Takes MONTHS to receive. You will get the standard BS about how they have so many orders that they are so behind. Really! It wasn't until after I disputed the charge with my credit card company did I FINALLY receive it. They even say at the bottom of this review that if you put in false info that it is against the law. How about taking my money then providing months of delays and generic emails abouts about how they will be in touch with you and don't respond after numerous messages. Dispute your charge if you do not receive customer service in a timely manner. That is the only thing they seem ready to respond to. If you are lucky enough to get thru and get a return label it will still take an unreasonable length of time because even though never worn, tags still on, they have to send it to be inspected and then nothing for over 1 1/2 months. Buyer beware!
My wife bought this system for me as a Christmas gift. I have worn it only slightly since then. Very warm and cozy but all of a sudden the seam on the sleeve came undone without undoing the stitching. This indicates poor Quality Control. Do not buy this and expect any level of tactical durability.
Guess I ordered twice as I received extra garments and was charged. Called and emailed three times and always received an email that I received my order! NEVER talked with a person on how to return and get the $169 refunded back to me. Disputed charge on my credit card - company declared that I received my order. They kept asking for an order number, which I did not have. This order was not needed but I still have the garments!

Ordered hoodie in December when it came in jan it was wrong size. Contacted bear and was sent a return label. Sent hoodie back for a large and they received it 2/10/2025 according to tracking #. Made many e mails and today I was told it was sent out already. I have received nothing and can't speak with anyone even though I gave them my number.

I have ordered multiple items for gifts around X-mas. I received some and months later still waiting. I guess the sweat shop workers died off🤷. Anyways it doesn't matter if they are quality or not if you don't receive your order! DON'T BUY!

First thing to keep in mind in this disaster, is that I do not have a mail box at my house so I have a post office box and that's where I receive all my mail and packages.
I ordered the hoodie and rain jacket on December 8th of 2024. Two weeks later on the 24th of Dec. I emailed to check the status of my order and I didn't get a response till the 3rd of January letting me know my order would ship in 7 days. Wouldn't you know it took 2 weeks for the shipping notification to come through. They had also emailed me and told me that I couldn't use my post office box for shipping. I was like cool they must be using UPS or FedEx so I gave them my home address. NOPE they used the postal service so when they tried to deliver it to my house there was no such address found and it was shipped back to sender. By this time I just wanted my money back and they pretty much refused to refund me. They said they would send me a fresh new order. Now it is ok for me to use my post office box by the way. On top of that they don't have the color of rain jacket I ordered in stock so who knows when I will get my order. Heck I may never get it. So yeah I'm writing this on February 11th 2025 no jacket no hoodie. Two months! PATHETIC!

I bought a hoodie for my husband. Took forever. Tracking did not show any movement and no ETA. Finally when it arrived, my husband did not like it. The quality of the hoodie didn't feel like quality. It felt like any other hoodie sweater. The way they sewed the sweater together, left it feeling uncomfortable when my husband tried it on. He said it felt like you can feel all the inseams.
So, then I sent email to request refund. Email response just said keep item and they will refund 40 percent back or return it for a full refund. It said to respond back with which option. I responded with picking the 40 percent back. Their email responded with the same 2 options. I responded again and again, received the same response. So, I knew it was just an automated response. I then sent another email directly on the site to complain and have never received a response. I gave up and ended up giving away the jacket to someone else.

Do not order from this company as you will never receive your order. I ordered over two months ago and each time I contact customer service I get a different response. They tell me it has been shipped, but there are no updates, or it has not been shipped but I can get a discount on a new order. I have asked for a full refund several times and they keep putting it off. In other words they take your money but you have nothing to show for it. SCAM!
