I ordered in early December and received tracking info a couple of days later, but the hoodie never arrived. Tracking keeps saying processing in the facility.

Send a couple of emails but NADA! Looks like I got scammed! Shame shame!

This tactical hoodie shows everywhere, I guess they have a great marketing team, yet they don't really care for customer servicer.

Do not buy BAERSkin hoodie

I bought one for me and my son. Turns out this is just a Chinese company shipping out cheap garbage pretending to be an American company. They take about a month to arrive and when you get it you'll be seriously disappointed in the quality. It's thin and doesn't even have a liner inside. All the stitching is showing and it is thin unlike the ad shows. If you wear it in cold weather you'll freeze. In addition they have no phone number to call and only reference a email with their "safe return"… of course they do not answer any emails. Complete scam, I learned the hard way, but I got my Cc company to reverse the charge. Luckily they protect from scam sites.
Save your money and buy the same exact thing in other brand names on Amazon that probably come from the same factory in China.

I received a hoodie as a Christmas gift and unfortunately the sizing was wrong. These hoodies seem to have a large fit to them so I need at least a size or two down. I have been attempting to contact their customer service for over two weeks and I have received no reply.

Scam! Beware

We've ordered two hoodies. One doesn't fit and we've emailed the company several times with no response. We found a phone number, but you can't talk to anybody on that line. Do not order from this company. All they do is take your money and run!

Way undersized
January 11, 2023

Ordered 2XL which arrived and was so small it would barely fit at the shoulders and the chest gapped by 6" from closing. Spent all day trying to get a response from company. I got a computer response on the 2nd day that was no help. 3rd day I got computer response with some directions if read carefully. By the 4th day I had enough information to return items requesting full refund. Sent all items, unworn, in original packaging, via USPS priority mail with tracking number. I'm waiting for credit to show up on credit card. Save your self a lot of hassle and don't do business with these folks.

Baerskin hoodie a scam
January 10, 2023

Think they are a scam. Like others here, I ordered in mid December and have not received. When I email they send canned replies, like it is out to deliver by local carrier (same message I got a week ago). None of the emails say where it actually is. No response to requests for refund. Just curious, think they may actually be sending mass mailings with the same order number--anybody out there have order number ******* on their emails as their order number, like mine?

I Ordered 3 Baerskinhoodies in mid December. I was charged the full amount on December 17th but it is now Jan 7,2023 and they still have not arrived. Sent messages to inquire but absolutely no response. My customer rating for this company currently is near ZERO. Feels like I have been scammed out of $269.

Where are my 2 hoodies?

We have contacted customer service several times, as we ordered 2 hoodies-for Christmas gifts-and I was out last minute running to Kohl's to find a different gift2 days before Christmas! I'm so peeved that your company has no phone number to get a hold of a Representative of Bear Skin 2.0! I guess I'm gonna file with the BBB on Monday! This company appears to be a scam! Never again will I be taken from this company again, and I'm telling you-think very carefully before ordering from them bcuz they don't know how to run their company and the customers are left holding the bag. It's an empty bag, but regardless-I'm out about $200 and I'm sick of waiting!

INFURIATING

I would think twice about ordering from this company. I never write reviews but have been so upset about their lack of response regarding a return/exchange that I decided to express my opinion. My husband ordered two M size hoodies which is his size in most everything. The hoodies were more like a large on him. Very big. So I wanted to return for an exchange but they have no phone number and I have emailed them twice with no response. I find this completely unacceptable. These were expensive and now I am stuck with a product that he cannot wear. I would NOT buy from them. I deplore companies that falsely advertise their policies. Terrible company!

Ordered here first week of December- they never processed it till Dec 19- didn't receive by Christmas and when the did respond 1 week after I emailed them they said it was due to shipping.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This company scammed me out of $100. I purchased this hoodie on 12/8 and haven't received anything. They do not have phone support and the chat they have on their website doesn't even work, it only asks you to submit your email so that they can reach out to you (which they never do). The only way to contact them is via email, so I did. I asked about the status of my order and never received a response. It's been 3 days since that email was sent and still no response. I followed up this morning via email and received a response from my email provider saying that the email I am trying to contact has blocked me from sending them communications! This just proves what a scam this is. Take my advice and that of the other negative reviews online. Steer clear of these bad faith merchants.

Got the wrong size

Contacted customer service and they were super helpful. They are going to send out the right size free of charge. Heck they even told us to keep the other one. Hoodies seem super legit and customer service was quick to respond. I will be ordering a few more hoodies for gifts during the holiday season. Bearskin is a legit company.

When I first ordered this I thought instead of damn well be worth it that's a lot of money for me and then I started reading more about it and I said okay if it's make up to what it's be to be it's worth it. I might have to wait about 3 weeks to get it LOL and I hate that but it's okay cuz when I came in the mail it was one hell of a big smile on my face especially when I felt it oh it's not that felt that it's not that material that you put it on and you said oh I don't like this material no it's so soft but hey when is right around the corner and this is going to work out great for me cuz I can even wear it during the spring time and the fall I might have to put it away for the summerand I put it away fot summer, but never know. But it's made out of good stuff good material plenty of pockets and I hope you will enjoy it as much as I will.
