We would like to inform you that our Baerskin Hoodie features a 2-way zip that is designed to open from the bottom of the zip as well as from the top. This type of a zip adds extra breathability and better temperature control, as well as easier access to internal pockets (our hoodie has 3 of them!). As for the material of the product, we decided to use a double-napped heat retaining fleece that remains light and packable, so you can conveniently bring your hoodie with you everywhere.

What ever size you are get a size bigger and drip dry. Do not use a dryer. Shoulders are also very tight and need to be much larger. Hand pockets barely fit my hands. The opening zipper for the hand pockets need to be longer and deeper. My hand barely fits in. Material is thick and warm. I don't know if a size bigger will be a better fit. The shoulders need to be a bit wider. All around Its a bit smaller than normal sizes for American men's sizing.
The hoodie is made with thick material and retains body heat quite well.
I will purchase a second hoodie in the future but I will get a bigger size. This is the only hoodie I've ever owned that was too tight.

I got this jacket for my fiancé right after I saw the ad on YouTube, and I'm so glad I did. I was worried that when the jacket arrived it would be too big for him but it fits perfectly, he absolutely loves how soft and warm it is, and he has been wearing it every day since I gave it to him.

It took them about 10 weeks for this item to arrive at my house, probably cause it's coming from China or something. Upon opening the item & inspecting it I immediately wanted to return it, because it was clearly not worth $100. When I contacted the company to set up a return they said they will only discount it & they will not accept returns.

Do not buy this hoodie. Sizes all wrong and when you try to get a return label they say you have to return to Republic of Slovakia at your own expense which costs about £16.00! They say they are going. Also but have no warehouse in the.UK! Offered 40% off to keep a useless article.

Don't waste your money and TIME with this company! Here's why:
1: I ordered this hoodie on 11/28/22 as a Christmas present for my husband. Their site claims it will arrive in 10 to 14 days from time of order. It took 44 days! Turns out it is manufactured and shipped from China. Multiple emails sent asking for the reason of the delay, asking to cancel the order and refund, but would just get generic emails back offering a 20% discount on my next order. No thanks!
2: The zipper is oriented for a female. It's the first thing my husband noticed when putting it on.
3: It's a fleece jacket with extra pockets. My husband notices NO difference in warmth than just wearing a regular cotton hoodie that we can pick up at Wal-Mart for 15 bucks.
I don't recommend. Customer service is sub-par. Product is VERY pricey for what it is. And don't expect for them to have any sympathy when you don't receive it as their website states.
No, I didn't send it back because it was worth the money I spent on it not to have to deal with them ever again.

I ordered a hoodie, got it, ordered black got grey, tried the customer service number, it must be fake, no one, no matter what time or day, no one answered. Online it's a normal "contact us" click here thing, click on it and it just goes back to the same page, it doesn't work. The worst thing is I got charged again and another one shows up another grey one. Which I didn't ordered, so I got scammed, got a product, not bad but customer service doesn't exist.

I bought this as a gift for my husband, so he didn't get it until a couple of months after I received it. BiG mistake. The first time we washed it the zipper tabs fell off. When I contacted Baerskin they told me I only had 14 days to return. I sent them a pic of the POS after one wash and they then said the guarantee was for six months. Since I didn't give the hoodie to my hubby until his birthday, we're out of luck with an expensive hoodie that won't zip. I'd give them zero stars if I could.

As for products that arrived damaged or were damaged during use, we have a longer guarantee period. It seems that your request was refused because you contacted us way past both timeframes.

The day I received my order, I tried it on and it's too small! I sent an email the same day, and barring weekends, the never responded. I've sent 5 additional emails, and no response. I'm to the point they can have their merchandise back and will never hear from me again! Their "phone number" is a Verizon business number that when you call it your response on a handheld is "User Busy" no matter what time of day or night it is, you will get the same message (speaking from my own experience). This began on Dec 31,2022. On Feb 3, my 14 day exchange or return will expire. Time will tell if they get off the pot and respond?
BAERSkin is a decent product but the "firm(?)" that sells it flat out stinks! I've never been scammed by an online vendor until now and never again will it happen to me! The state of Delaware should be embarrassed and investigate this horrible vendor! Why Delaware? That's the address they're using, if in fact they really are there?
The reason I gave 1 star is because they don't allow no stars or even a 1/2 star!

You are taking a risk by buying this product. There is no information where the product comes from or where the company is located. The only way to deal with them is through email. I've waited over two months for my jacket. They can put ads all over the Internet but they can't have a phone number

Ordered 4 hoodies on 10-30-2022 paid 344.80 total. Got an auto-email saying order was received. Heard nothing until 11-17-2022 when I received
2nd email they were sending product from China! I thought was made in America or Europe! From 10-30 to 11-17 2022 I was concerned.
Called phone number for Baerskin listed on Better Business Bureau. Called twice. Second time waited for 30 minutes. No response. Could not
Contact company thru several emails to cancel order. No response. On Nov 18th got an email from MyNuve saying order was shipped? Who is MyNuve?
I tried to email back to stop order. Finally got an answer on Nov28th saying I couldn't cancel order it was already shipped. I received product on Nov30.
I shipped back next day unopened and emailed MyNuve telling them so. Got an auto email Dec6th asking how I liked product! When I answered I had send
Product back unopened I was contacted Dec7 asking where. When I said I had returned to sender, I got this email back from MyNuve-------

Regarding the delivery and return of the package, let me kindly explain to you that from our warehouse, the package must go through several customs. After clearance, a carrier will bring it to a postal sorting facility. Finally, a local carrier operating in your area will pick it up and bring it to your door. Therefore, the address you see on your package isn't the address to our return center, nor is it the address to the warehouse of origin. It's the address to one of those facilities where your package stopped along the way.
If you were to send the items back to the address you see on the package, you would end up sending them to some shipping company's warehouse. The people working there wouldn't know whose package that is and what to do with it and the items would never arrive back to us. That's why we always advise customers to contact us before returning the package so that we can provide them with the right information about our return center. I'm sorry for this inconvenience you experienced since you returned the package without contacting us before that.

I ordered two hoodies a month ago and I'm still waiting for delivery. I've emailed asking for information on delivery with no response as of yet. After reading the reviews here I'm now confident this site is a full on scam and I am now out $200. Kudos to whomever owns Baerskin Hoodies you conned us all… if you actually made and sold what you advertised you would have one helluva product. I'm more than willing to update this review if and when the hoodies I ordered ever show. As of now I do not recommend doing business with this company.

It may have come straight from China with a courier called Junexpress & it went to some airport then thru customs. I had no idea what post office it ended up at but it was IL & 2 wks after I put in the order it arrived with the mailman. It isnt bulky where you can't move but does weigh more than I thought it would weigh. Says 100% Polyester, designed in Europe, made in China. But it feels like fleece & goes in the washer. It is made very well & comes in a nice bag with a zipper so it can be used to travel or storing it. I was trying to find out a tracking #. 3 people email me back that day. So in the end It's all good. & I'm a 65yr old grandma that gets cold riding the scooter in the winter winds & Ya get no body heat generated when you don't walk. I like clothes big so. Big as ordered
