Paid for a hoodie weeks ago. Nothing has shown up and no tracking shipping or ETA. All emails to support and customer service are not replied. No one answers the phone. Buyers beware! Great site but this is all a total scam. Hoping to get my money back through PayPal. Baerskin is a total scam and shame on all involved in the scam to take money for nothing in return.
All I have a Paypal to show I purchased it so I can't share that. All email conformation have disappeared.

The product is poorly engineered. Pockets poorly made and poorly located. Zippers are low quality. Material is garbage, workmanship is garbage. All the advertising is a lie. The hood is at least twice as big as it should be. It came in a really nice bag. Only good part of product. Working on refund. I haven't received a response. And one phone number is always busy. I found that when i was putting the hoodie on the sleeves would drag against the clothing underneath making it harder to put on, also i found the wind protection was not as good as i was led to believe i think it needs some kind of lining

With any gear you have to adapt slightly, I found just modifying the direction of your arm while accessing the pockets allows the zippers to work well. Delivery is just a bit slow but worth the wait. Will defntly recommend.

Ordered the BaerSkin Tactical Hoodie 3.0, and received it after being shipped from China.I opened the package, put the hoodie on, and took the dog for a walk. In less than 30 minutes, the left waist drawstring came undone and the string just hung there, rendering the drawstring unusable and just a string.
For the money you pay for this hoodie, the quality is questionable at best. I have emailed the support address five times with NO response. I tried calling the phone number on the website, but the number just rings and no one answers. Customer service absolutely is nonexistent. I can not recommend BaerSkin Tactical for anything, do not be swindled by this "company".

Best hoodies I've ever worn! They are warm, cozy, comfortable and as woman, the fir is awesome! It's not your boyfriend, partner hoodie; it fits like a glove and has a really nice cut. I bought one for my sister and was walking behind her, the hoodie has a great line that makes it look like a designer dress with the curves making it a great look with jeans or work clothes. I love it and so does my sister! Buy one now, you will not regret it! And you will be very warm and comfortable! It's not just a hoodie, it's a great hoodie!

Living in Canada, you have to dress in layers! With my Baerskin, I won't have to anymore! How great is that!
Scammers. Be very careful at first I received two different tracking numbers. Customer service sucks. I ended up disputing this order with my credit card by the time I received this order I also received it with one fake ounce of silver lol it was a silver eagle lol it was a legit fake. Just beware this is a Chinese made and shipped. Do not order from their website. If you want this, you could order this on Amazon for half the price. Website only has a two week return policy, which stinks Amazon would take this return up to 30 days.

That's why there are two tracking numbers given sometimes - one is the international tracking and the other is for when the package arrives at the local courier.
Lastly, customer satisfaction is important to us - that's why we have an easy exchange and return policy. Indeed, we only allow exchanges and returns for a specific timeframe, as we expect our customers to have already noticed the issue with their items within that amount of time.

My wife bought me the 2.0 last Christmas, i didn't wear it until about three weeks later and immediately realized that the hood was gigantic, nothing like what the commercial's show. I found that the hood was impossible to wear in any kind of a safe manner because the draw strap wouldn't even go tight enough to take up the slack, and if you placed it on my head, my entire face down to my chin would be covered. I called the company thinking the hoodie was defective with the wrong size hood attached.
I was told, sorry defects have to be returned within two weeks. Enjoy your hoodie! They actually suggested that I purchase another one in its place…. I've never worn it since.

Ok, well I was notified that my review had received a response. It was from a Rep from the company, as you can see she states that, as from what see can see from my photos that this was not an issue with defect as I was originally told when I had originally contacted their support, but rather it was "as designed". That is false! These images are from their own 2.0 hoodie commercial… as you can clearly see, these hoods fit as you would expect them to from their own advertised commercial…. The backs of the hoods are virtually straight up and down the back of his head and rests perfectly on top of his head, not down to his chin. And the image of it laying on his back, mine almost reaches level with my elbows if I wear it the same way…

These products are amazing! Initially I ordered a man's vest and woman's jacket. Loved them so much I ordered a man's jacket and another woman's jacket for me. We also received a free beanie which I love! The jackets are true to size however the beanie runs small. Initially I thought the beanie would fit my husband, it didn't cover his ears. It fits me perfectly! Then because we love everything about these jackets, we ordered 2 more as gifts for our adult children. The shipping was timely and the communication with the store was great. The four is great! Tons of pockets in all the right places! Soft material, nice colors, warm, and perfect fit! My husband and I liked our first purchase of a vest and hoodie, soo much we ordered we ordered two more hoodies for ourselves and two for gifts to our kids!

I ordered two hoodies. They sent one.
