I was foolish enough to fall for the hype and ordered the 2.0 hoodie.
I saw a USA address on the website so I assumed (again, foolishly) that it was an American company and would ship from that location.
I was told it was in stock and would be shipped immediately and I would receive it in 10-14 days. I was also told that a tracking number would be provided.
When that timeframe had elapsed and I still did not have a tracking number or any confirmation it had been shipped I contacted the company and asked for the order to be cancelled and to get a refund of my money.
REFUND DENIED!
They told me the ORDER COULD NOT BE CANCELLED.
After several emails back and forth over the next week they sent me a tracking number that only showed that the shipping label had been created but the hoodie was still in their warehouse...IN CHINA!
Several more emails and requests for a refund were all DENIED.
They sent me a new tracking number with different information.
Apparently my package was on the way. I checked daily on its progress and after almost 40 DAYS it showed DELIVERED to an address in another country I once again contacted the company to demand a refund.
NO COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMPANY.
I had to contact my credit card company to report FRAUD to get my money back.
Great product and service. Having to exchange for another size was made very easy. Will be recommending it to friends and family..

It's decent at the "sale price" of $110, with that said it is a severe disappointment compared even to the jackets/hoodies found at Walmart. It's immensely outclassed by similarly advertised apparel (Northface, Arc'teryx, UFPro, Cry Precision, etc.) at the "normal price" of $300. I would never recommend any of their products knowing that the quality is vastly inferior to other, more reputable brands. I wish I could get my money back, but I believe that people should live with and learn from their mistakes. It was absolutely a financial blunder on my part. I could've bought a full tank of diesel, but decided to waste my money on a hoodie that seems as though it was made by 10 year old Chinese sweatshop workers. I would much rather be seen wearing my old UCP class Cs than this.

Ordered 1 jacket. It arrived in about 2 weeks. It did not fit or look good on me. I have been trying to return in since receiving it. I have emailed them three times but so far have not gotten a return form. There is no phone number, no address or any way to contact them. The company I read is in Switzerland, and some 'agent' works in delaware, but still no way to contact them. If I get my money refunded, I will edit this review, otherwise it will stand as is. Not a reliable company.

I just ordered from this company on Sept28,2023 they charge me twice and refuse to refund the money. There are no customer service reps. They keep sending the same e- mail about someone getting back to me no one does. This company stole money from me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Like being rapped up in a soft warm blanket. Comfy /snug & very warm. Perfect for long walks in any weather
I don't often write reviews but wanted to share my experience. The BAERSkin is a strange name, but makes sense when you wear it. Its snug fit and comfortable feel are perfect for outdoorsy stuff. If I had to nitpick, I'd say it felt a bit heavy initially, but the warmth it provides in chilly weather makes up for it.

It took a while to get but definitely worth the wait. It's warm super comfortable and handles the wind and rain very well. I'm a little pissed it went on sale a week after I bought mine but I guess timing is everything. Sizing is spot on too. Great product!

It's been 13 days since I ordered and sent them emails when my order is going to be shipped, No response. I'm afraid if this is just a scam. When I checked to make a copy of my order all emails from Baer was deleted.

I ordered a 3XL vest and hoodie. The hoodie was 3XL, but they sent a 2XL vest. I have sent 5 emails reporting the error and have not received any response. All I want is to exchange for the size I ordered.

I bought me and my wife a hoodie came out to almost 200$. I waited the 14 days like it's said and nothing. I tried emailing them says my email will not go through. I've tried texting them on the web site and nothing. Save your money because it's a scam.

I was suckered by a great advertising campaign into buying this hoodie. Who, for Pete's sake, would rip off people for a hoodie? I was hooked. I hike almost every weekend of the year in the Colorado high country, and this was the hoodie of my dreams. So I clicked.
After confirming my order and deducting $99.95 from my checking account, they sent me an email saying I had failed to complete my order! I sent two emails to their service department without getting a reply, but continued to receive more emails inviting me to complete my purchase (and get a 10% discount!). THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER, and my attempts to follow up by emailing their customer service address, which promised a reply within 24 to 48 hours, using the order number, met with error messages. I might as well have sent a deep space probe to Saturn.
Finally, because she had some time, my wife tracked down a real email address and secured a refund from a helpful rep named "Margaret." I consider myself very lucky. The moral for me is to be very very careful about who I do business with online. I hope Margaret doesn't get fired for doing the right thing.

Chinese shipper provides tracking information but does not always update progress. I still have not received the hoodie and there have been no updates from the shipper for three days. I purchased the hoodie online on September 1. Today is September 14th and no updates since September 11

On top of that, it seems that your product was delivered to a different address. That must have been such a frustrating experience for you. As a general rule, indeed, once the order is shipped, we can no longer cancel it. However, that doesn’t mean that our customers cannot receive a refund. It just means that the customer can wait for the order to arrive so we can assist them with returning the product and getting a refund.
In your case, however, it seems that there have been several issues with shipping, as your order was not delivered on time, and the address was incorrect. Additionally, your further requests after the order was incorrectly delivered to a different location were not promptly addressed.
