I ordered this for my dad for christmas. I never received my order. Was promised before christmas and it is Dec 31 and still have not received. I am wondering if this company is a fraud site.

Digital Innovation Ventures GmbH is a technology company that took out a patent on the "Baerskin Tactical Hoodie." The basis of the company is technology and digital information management.
They excel at marketing and social medial management. They are one of the worst for fulfilment, customer service and responsiveness to concerns.
Once they have your money, be prepared for frustration and more frustration.
They have a Delaware address which is a registered agent not a physical company. They are based in Switzerland and simply run the website/ordering/marketing. They out source the production to China where the orders ship from. Since they are not US based, the BBB doesn't rate them or handle complaints.
It is likely to take weeks to get your order. If you need to return it, you pay. If you need to exchange it, you wait months. They are very unresponsive to refund requests.
They respond to almost every social media response (negative) with a bot named * They will promise to make it right, just contact * directly. No response when you do.
Read the 1 star reviews about all the negative experiences with shipping, exchanges, being charged with no merchandise, and attempts at getting a refund. You will probably have to dispute the charge on your credit card.

I wouldn't recommend ordering from BÆRSkin. I waited over a month, and my order still didn't arrive even though I already paid for it. The hoodie is pricey, and it feels like the company is just enjoying the money I paid in advance.
In my case, I used an international card, and after waiting so long, I decided to cancel my order. But here's the kicker—I ended up losing money because of the currency exchange when they refunded me. They didn't cover that loss, which isn't fair at all. Meanwhile, they've already benefited from holding onto my payment. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience.

Customer Service is a bot. It merely throws out the same pre scripted reply that someone will be in touch but they never are.
Jackets arrived after many weeks, but too big.
Same bot response from returns. Website says to contact Customer Services for returns, but same bot generated response which ask you to choose between refund and return, but only responds to answers with same pre scripted response.

Ordered hoodie about 5 weeks ago, and the shipping status hasn't changed since they took payment. How can a company not communicate with their customers at all? Who is running things? I fear I have been scammed and have no hope this gift is going to arrive anytime soon. Nearly $200 spent and they treat me like $#*!. This company is clearly not ready to be a major brand. Fire whomever is in charge of logistics and customer service. Even if the coat is great who would be foolish to order again? If there are supply issues let the customer know!

I was excited to get this hoodie for my son for Christmas based on the strong marketing this company puts out there. After I placed my order, I had to wait days until I received my order number. That should have been a big enough red flag for me to start my formal inquiries, but I waited. After receiving my order number on December 9th, I checked website every day for obtain shipping information. On December 21st the system said my order does not exist and to CALL customer service. Their customer service line rolls immediately to voice mail with a message that they will call you back. But the call never comes. Clearly I have been scammed. Fortunately I will likely be able to have the charges reversed once I file the fraud claim. And I will be cooperating as much as I can with the Ohio Better Business Bureau to limit their ability to repeat this behavior to others. But this will certainly make Christmas less enjoyable. I wish I had never seen their ad.

Purchased two 3-Pack men's briefs in a size large. The colors were black, green and navy blue. During the purchase, I never received a confirmation number for my order but my credit card was charged. A week later, my order arrived by regular mail with no receipt or invoice. The black and green briefs were in a large size, however the two navy blue were size small. I sent a request for an exchange via their website, email and by calling their number. Several days later, I receive and email that it is their policy not to exchange under garments due to sanitary issues. If they would have gotten the order correct, this would not have been an issue. Also, why are they shipping under garments in unsealed bags? This in itself is unsanitary and questionable.
Their products are expensive and I've learned my lesson not to order from Baerskin again given their poor customer service.
Not wort the aggravation and loss of money I went through.

Bearskin Tactical processed payment for a jacket and raincoat without any additional information provided concerning shipping. To date 20 December my order placed along with payment remains in limbo? No customer service concerning order. This is my second review with no response. This company could care less in my option due to no action to resolve a negative concern. Buyers beware

Be warned. Any positive reviews must be fake.
This company draws you in with all their ads and then takes your money and runs. Product never shipped (even though website says 10-14 days for delivery), had to email / message / call probably at least a dozen times before I finally got a response after posting a bad review on another site. Then they tell me that the product I ordered was a "preorder" and is now late "restocking". Not only is it impossible for both of these to be true, but nowhere on the site or the confirmation email did it state this. Now I'm out hundreds of $$ and have nothing to give for Christmas presents. And they, of course, won't reply to messages/emails asking for a refund.

I ordered on December 3.15 days later still no shipping information. Have sent numerous emails and left numerous voicemails still no call back. Is this a liget company? Still do not know. If it is customer service is non existent. Not sure what to do but getting ready to call my credit card to report fraud because after 15 days of repeated requests to contact me with shipping information by email and voicemail, no one answers the phone, I have serious doubts as to their credibility. I ordered the Hoodie 4.0 and the sweatpants in women's medium. I checked the size chart before I bought them and I matched my size and height.
They are at least one size too large. It almost seems they just re-branded the mens size for women, like brought the size from a small men's to women's medium because there is no form fit like they advertise in the jacket and the pants are way too big for a women's medium. Order a size down if you are a smaller gal IMHO I am going to return them as I feel like I am wearing a diaper when wearing the sweat pants! I did however like the length of the sweat pants--I have a long inseam and the length was good.
The zipper on the hoodie caught up several times when zipping the hoodie--so a bit skeptical on quality.
I have reached out to the Customer Service--I will see if I get any response--they always respond when they are selling you--but not so good maybe on the actual customer service? We shall see. Other reviews say that CS is not good. I hope I can write something good about them in the future

I ordered and paid for my hoodie back on 11/19/2024, site said 10-14 days to receive my shipment. 10-14 came and went with no communication. I reached out to have an automated response "we are sorry you havent received your order... 10-14 days" blah blah blah. I wrote again asking why haven't I received a shipping tracking number? Again with the automated response, "we are sorry..." I wrote a third time and received a response that the color I chose is not in stock and would I mind a different color. Yes, I replied a different color will be fine. I gave two options of different colors and waited for a tracking email. Nothing. I wrote again, "were you able to change out the color and has it been shipped? I would like this for Christmas." got a response of no, item has not been shipped yet. Days later I wrote again, "please tell me this item has been shipped? I paid for this a month ago". I got a response that "no it has not been shipped, that there is a back order for the item I ordered and that I originally ordered it in a "pre-order" with expected delivery date of 12/27/2024, however, there is no estimate on time of delivery." Never was it expressed that my order was a "pre-order" or that the expected delivery date would be 12/27/2024 until today. A month later and multiple emails. There has been no communication if the color change would even expedite the order to date. I couldn't tell you if the hoody is worth it or not as there is no expected delivery date at all at this point. Hopefully if/when/ever I get the hoodie its better than their customer service.

My husband has had this hoodie for less than a year (purchased in February 2023) and the zipper is so messed up it will no longer zip. It had actually only been worn for about five months before the zipper started crapping out. We unfortunately bought two hoodies at the same time, so I don't expect anything different from the second hoodie once he starts wearing it. We will NEVER buy from Baerskin again! I wish we hadn't in the first place. Still have yet to hear back from their Customer Service, but after reading these other reviews, I won't hold my breath that I ever will. Sticking to Carhartt from here on out!
UPDATE (12/31/24): "Viktor" replied back to my complaint email today. Apparently I've gone over their "six-month warranty" for them to do anything about their shoddy product. A $100 jacket that they will only warranty for six months! Way to stand behind your products, Baerskin! I will now use the jacket as a DOG BLANKET for my dog's bed since I see no other practical use for it. At least someone should get some sort of use out of it. Unless you like throwing your money away, NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
