I placed my order on December 27th and it's now January 26th and I never received my tracking number, confirmation email or my order. I sent several emails and called a few times but it's a shell. Just a scam to take your money. Don't waste your money and time on this, Bærskin is just a scam to take your money.
I ordered a hoodie for my husband as a Christmas gift, and it still has not arrived. I emailed the company after waiting patiently for a month, and it appears I received a canned response stating my order would ship within 7 days of the email. 2 weeks later I get an email update will a tracking number, but the shipment shows to be still in CHINA! Oh BTW, I sent another email a week and a half after the first email requesting if the order can be shipped overnight, but never got a response. This is so sad and frustrating because they took my money at the time the order was placed, but here I am almost 7 weeks later and still no product. I wanted to place another order for myself, but at this point, I will not be doing so.

This is my ninth attempt to get some attention from Baerskin after my order arrived. The quality of the goods (a hoodie and a waterproof jacket combo) seems fine but the items are too large so I want to get a size smaller.
I have tried plain email, I have tried the form on their website, I have tried the chat on their website and have two cases open but haven't even received email confirmation of those cases, and I have tried phoning and leaving two voicemails so far. Two weeks and counting!
It seems to me that the product is rather good but the customer support is rather terrible. In this world of cheap online labour globally, people working from home, doing work on demand etc. there is no excuse for a company to have its reputation sink because it doesn't deal with customer questions in a reasonable time. I strongly urge them to get this fixed for their own sake. And for customers.
Since they seem reasonably prompt at organising new orders but not at responding to customer enquiries, I am contemplating placing a fresh order for the items I want and trying to organise a plain return of the items which are XL and no good to me (too large). That might be a faster way to achieve my goals; but I cannot even arrange a return.
I see that "Stephanie" looks at these messages but I have already emailed her with no response yet in 5 days.

I bought a hoodie and rain jacket in November and I was sent the wrong size jacket. Website says contact for exchanges or email. I have done both almost daily for 2 weeks with no response or live person to talk to. They have a 60 day window to return but yet you can't get ahold of anyone to do so. I have also used every category to use to call. Don't waste your time or money with this company. They do not care

Baerskin: I strongly recommend NOT to place any orders from this vendor. It comes from China; not mentioned anywhere. Ordered my hoodie back in early December. Product HAS NOT ARRIVED as they advertise 6-14 days for delivery! The excuse I was provided was that their inventory was out. That they hold a sale with low or non-existent inventory is NOT my concern and exposes BAD MANAGEMENT! In short, this manufacture is QUICK to take your money and who knows when IF, I will ever get my product! 1 star as the site won't allow me to give it NONE!

Worst customer service. Cannot get in touch with ANYONE.
Bought the jacket for my husband for Christmas and got the wrong size. I tried to get in touch with someone to exchange the hoodie and rain jacket for a smaller size.
I tried for 3 weeks to get in touch with someone I tried emails and leaving messages but nothing only a stupid computer voice telling me someone will get back to me or an email saying the same thing. This company is the worst in their customer service. They just take your money and split. I hope no one buys from this company because it horrible.

The hoodie took about six weeks to arrive. While I had an email confirming the order, and gave me a shipping number, I couldn't find the carrier. I had ordered a size too large, and the website states returns or exchanges are easy, I haven't received an answer to my request for an exchange in over a week. The ads and website seem on the up and up, but I would never recommend a purchase based on the customer service. As for the hoodie quality, it might be worth the discounted price I paid but since we need to exchange sizes we haven't tried it out. Buyer beware!

I ordered the 3-in-1 Hoodie 4.0 and some Velcro patches. Took them a while but they shipped them all together. The patches arrived, but no hoodie and raincoat. I tried emailing several times, each time I got an AI response. Each response the same. Saying that the shipment was delivered. I called 3 times. All 3 times i left a voicemail. No response.
Do not waste your money on this company. Looks like they only care about getting paid then refuse to repond when there is an issue.

My order from November, ordered 12 for my employees. Only email I received a week before Christmas (took several inquiries to get a response), they will stay shipping Jan as they ran out of stock. Hers a 100$ off on your next order... as if I'll but anything again from them.

Ordered hoodies so they'd be here in time for Christmas. Right - it's now been over 6 weeks since I placed order. All I got back for a while was the same canned form letter responding to my "Where's my order?" Now, they're not even bothering to answer.
