I needed to get some grips for our shoes for all the packed snow and ice we walk on each day while walking the dog and what you had was perfect!

Heats really well. Fit is OK for the Rav4. A little short along the seat back. Still the best seat heater I've found yet.

Works well for our daughter who has Friedreichs Ataxia, helping her feet stay warm at night without the worry of TOO hot for a burn. So nice to find a product that was MADE for this use. No more middle of the night heating of the corn bag!

I bought my first one 5 years ago and it finally gave up so i wanted to upgrade with the same one. The one i currently purchased is an updated one. It has some nice features like a timer and ten temperature options. I like the increased options but also liked the simplicity of the first one. That said I am sure i will use this over and over again.

This cover is definitely hotter than the factory heat in my 2019 truck. Fit is pretty decent (2013 Mazda 3), easy to put on, we'll have to see how it lasts, but WAY cheaper than a seat replacement for sure.

Was was very pleased to have a heated seat now in her 2024 Toyota Camry.

Attaching the cover was not hard but attaching the straps underneath the seat was brutal. The staps are not long enough and you have to try to thread them through the clip. You should add a clip to the straps like a dog collar to make it easier. Also there were no instructions on this process for securing the seat cover.

While I have not opened the car seat cover yet (wife's Xmas present), the customer service during ordering was excellent. I mistakenly checked the wrong box and did not get the free shipping. But CozyWinters responded quickly to my email and resolved the issue right away.

Apparently, there was a problem, getting one piece from my order. We were going on vacation and needed all the merchandise by the weekend. Your customer service team was outstanding on both follow up and execution. I would give five stars but have not tried the product out yet but if I was to base it on our experience to date, I would give it six stars.

Due to my own fault, an order was going to the wrong address. When I contacted CozyWinters, they called me back on their day off since it was the Christmas season and were so gracious about getting the address corrected. Also, they have stayed in contact with me to make sure I got the item.

Every time someone sees my indicator light on my vest, they want to know about it. I need some cards to pass out! LOL
