I'm giving NO stars. The Cozy Winters website advertised a towel warmer for $99.95 on the home page after a link from Google. When I went to the towel warmer section there was nothing for $99.95 and the model advertised was 149.95, so I called and asked them if they would honor the advertised price. The service rep- who was very nice and cleary embarassed- said that the sales staff told him to tell me that they would not. When I asked to speak to a supervisor he said they don't take calls, only email. I will never purchase from Cozy Winters. Many sites including amazon and home depot have the same prices and the same merchandise.

Ordered Warm Gear battery heated gloves for my wife who suffers from poor circulation. The gloves cost almost $200 and did not live up to their claims. I returned the gloves at my expense and was then charged $15.78 for the original "free" shipping. Gotta love the integrity of this company. They misrepresent a product and then make you eat the costs of return shipping (which I dont like, but can understand), but then they nail you for the initial "free" shipping.
I will never do business with them again as this paints a clear picture as to their business ethics. Cozy Winters obviously doesn't believe in the products they hype to the consumer. I would recommend staying away from them... far, far away.

Ordered a battery operated pair of gloves using the website sizing guide which measures the width of your hand. Received the gloves and they were too small length wise and the right hand glove was slightly defective in that when making a fist (or holding a ski pole) the power button dug into your nuckle. I contacted customer service and mentioned the sizing issue and defect issue. I was instructed to return the gloves and they would then send the next large size glove to me. I had to pay for return shipping even though the product was defective. I tracked the return of the product and 9 days after they received the gloves had to contact them again regarding when I would receive my replacement gloves. I received an e-mail saying I need to pay for shipping again before they would send me the replacement pair of gloves. The customer service member never mentioned having to pay for shipping my replacement gloves in our previous conversations. I asked for them to issue me a credit for the original cost of the gloves as I was not going to pay for shipping again when the originial product was defective and did not fit despite using their sizing chart. I was told they could issue me a credit less what the shipping charge for the original pair of gloves. I am now writing to the better business bureau and every websit that I can so others do not get taken by this company. I am amazed at the volume of negative comments that I have come across and wish I had read them before ordering with cozywinters.com.

I purchased heated gloves from Cozy "take your money" Winters.com. Paid 250 bucks. Customer Service, don't get me started about her. The product failed because they didn't give proper instructions (now they do) and I was told it was out of warrantee, even though it was their fault it didn't work and they admitted it. After writing to the management, they agreed to replace the battery. That was 2 month process and since winter ski season is over, we didn't get to use the product because of that this year. I should have read all the complaints about them before I bought anything from them. Hold onto your money because once they get it, it's gone.

I contacted Cozy Winters by email about a product problem. I was called and told to check with the manufacturer which had very good warrantee service and I did. After three attempts with the manufacturer to get a satisfactory product I gave up and called Cozy Winters to ask for a refund since the manufacturer told me I would have to get a refund from them. I was told my 30 day return period had expired and since I had used warrantee "service" I was not eligible for a refund. I was never told at the time of my initial complaint that if I went the warrantee "service" route that I could not then get a refund after 30 days.

Ordering steps are very miss-leading and you will not get the same product when you order it at different time. It seems they use different suppliers/manufacturers. Customer service is very argumentative and sleazy, to name a few. I will never buy anything from them.
