Comments will follow after I receive my items. :) I bought the heating pad for a large dog. I thought it would be soft and flexible. It is a hard plate with a soft cover. Not sure if the pet would be comfortable on this. Though, it's better being worm. So, I put it in the dog's bed. The dog tries to sleep at the edge of this pad where the soft part of the bed is and avoids the laying in the middle area.

It was quick and very easy and I will definitely be back to shop here again. Thank you very much.

Quick and easy. It is a very expensive sock that is difficult to wash. I feel that the product that heats should be velcro in so that it can be removed for washing, and then put back after.

I also got the outdoor small pet bed warmer and I was worried because it wasn't flexible. However, my elderly dog thinks it fabulous and gets Terribly upset if the cat naps there.

The warming mittens are great. CP young man can not get into gloves. Thanks for making adult mittens, they are hard to find in stores.

I like this site it's just sad that you say FREE shipping until I put in Alaska as the place I live. Then it's no free at all.

I always buy my mattress pads here because they really do go at least 5 years before they give out. With my fibromyalgia, I need a heated pad all year round in addition to medication I take. When my pad goes out, I'm quickly ordering another one or I just can't leave the house because I'm in too much pain. Thank you for carrying a quality product.

12/3/2015 Addendum - my father received the heated mitts, my brother will help him get them charged etc. it has not been cold enough to use them yet. I live in Florida and sent them to my dad in Northern New York.
