The packaging was entirely oversized. It would have been fine to put my mini sized products in a padded envelope. Perhaps attention to issues like that would be environmentally considerate and inspire more shoppers to support your company. I do appreciate the quick service.
I placed an order with this company. The product was too small and i returned it within a few days, clean and undamaged. I emailed repeatedly and finally got confirmation that it was received and i would be credited in the next credit card cycle. When i finally got my credit card bill a month later there was no credit. I contacted the company about this and they told me that their inspector determined that it was soiled with anti-perspirant and that they reject the return.
They even claimed to have taken photos of the jacket i returned. The jacket in question was too small to even get over my dad's belly, let alone on him, and he doesn't wear deodorant.
They informed me that they shipped it back to me. They never informed me that they rejected a return and simply shipped back to me.
I have never seen a company so customer-unfreindly! They get a 0/10 in my book!
Easy to use website; very detailed amount of information on product. If it turns out as advertised, I'd be happy to buy again if I need to and to recommend to others.
