I ordered an item on June 10,2015 and was charged but never received the item. Eventually ( after 1 month) the item was was received, after I told them I did not want it. After many phone calls and reassurance that I would be refunded, still no money back, and its now 8/12. I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company.
You'll notice in their shipping that they attempt to "lawyer" themselves out of ever actually meeting any sort of deadline. You will be in the dark about your order until you finally call them - because, of course the online order lookup doesn't work - to be put on hold for several minutes then directed to a voicemail box automatically.
They will sit on your order for days (business days mind you) and ship it at their leisure.
Place is a joke.
MY WIFE PURCHASED MENS ELECTRIC GLOVES FOR ME AND THEY WORKED ONE DAY. I GOT AN RMA NUMBER AND PACKED GLOVES BATTERIES AND CHARGER IN ORIGINAL BOXES AND SENT IT BACK. THEY CALLED AND SAID I ONLY RETURNED THE GLOVES WITH NO BATTERY OR CHARGER. I SAID THAT I HAD SENT EVERYTHING. THEY SAID THEY WOULD RETURN 100 FOR THE GLOVES ONLY. IT WS TO GO ON THE CREDIT CARD OR SEND US A CHECK. NEVER GOT ANYTHING. DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I GUESS THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU NEEDS TO CHECK.
I ordered two heated seat covers before Christmas because it said prominently they had automatic shutoff and that is what I was specifically looking for. I received them and they did not shut off -- they stay on until your car battery is drained. I called for an explanation and was told that there is auto shut off if the seats overheat... really? If they malfunction they will shut off? That's a feature? That's not what you would expect to hear. I returned the seats and now in March, I finally received my refund almost 2 months later. I did not get what I wanted and had to wait a long time for a refund.
I have PAD, ordered 2 sets of heated gloves, within 30 days the right glove of one set quit working. After finally getting an RMA I sent the gloves back, after 35 days I received the pair back. They worked for approx. 40 hours of total use and the right glove quit again, they are now out of warranty and they offer no repair? They offered a 10% disc. On a new pair--NO WAY--These are the most expensive gloves I could never use
I purchased a snow roof rake and a 5ft extension pole from Cozy Winters and the extension does not fit. When I tried to get a refund they gave me the runaround. How many other people have gone through this is probably a lot. Stay away from this company because they are dishonest.
Bought a set of "Venture" heated gloves which arrived in a package that had been opened and gloves had apparently been worn? Gloves did not work and were returned to find out their refund takes 30 days? It took them 10 minutes to charge my credit card for the purchase and it takes a month to be refunded for defective, used product... customer service was useless! Stay away from cozy winter!
I purchased a heated fleese jacket and it did not work. It would not heat up even with new batteries. It took over two weeks to get and I had to send it back for an (evaluation). Tried to reach customer service and got nowhere. I am very disappointed with their service. I am asking for a refund now. Waiting to hear back nobody returns my phone messages.

I spoke to everyone in our customer service department and no one recalls this situation. Not sure when you tried to contact us, as there are plenty of us here to help customers with any issue, but we do have office hours of M-F, 8am to 5pm MST. We always return our phone calls and email's so that is strange that you say no one returned your messages. Answer: Hello, Professional installation is recommended for this motorcycle seat cushion heater. You will need to open up the seat leather at the seams to install the heater underneath the first layer of leather. The product comes with installation instructions, but we definitely recommend using a professional to install. Thank you.
Answer: No rip off. We have been in this business for 14 years and eCommerce for 22 years. Big snow & Ice storms all weekend. All reps have been on the phone constant all day. We are getting to calls as quickly as we can. Everyone working overtime. What is your order number?

Dear Lynn, The Manufacturer who makes the heated seat cushion that you ordered, sent incorrect information on that product. It was discovered that the product did not have a timed shut-off feature and that information was promptly removed. You asked to return the product and we promptly issued you a returns authorization. Your return was received and a refund was issued within 9 business days of receiving your return. Your credit card declined the refund and we issued you a check, which was mailed to you the following day. Please be honest about your timeline.
