Store number 08 33,Federal heights, Colorado on Federal boulevard. When I enter store was told quite rudely to leave my bag, I was in a hurry, and I understand why I was told, mind you wasn't asked, I was told. I was just going 5 ft right there at the first aisle to the fuses, so I told him I'll just set it right here I'm just going right here. Again I was in a hurry, as I'm looking at fuses he takes it upon himself to come over very quietly and take my bag from where I sat it and take it to the counter. Now I don't know the policies for employees touching people's personal belongings when they come in the store, and like I said I understand why I was told to leave my bag, but by all means, no way in hell should he have came and grabbed my bag and walked away with it. If he had a problem where I sat it he could either, which would have been nice to be asked to move it, or basically if he had a problem tell me to leave the store, I don't know, but that man came and grabbed my personal belongings and took it with him. I don't care if he took it one inch or if you took it to Wyoming, he touched my personal items and I know that's not allowed for somewhere in a book somewhere there's no way that that's allowed. This employee needs to be fired immediately, absolutely immediately, and I still bought my item, I still bought my fuse, they still got my business, but I will never ever go back to that location. I will never ever go back to an AutoZone period because of this. I was keeping my bag close to me for personal reasons, very personal reasons and he took that away from me. I wanted to write this review first before I did anything else, now when I'm finished I'm going to call my lawyers, and I am going to take this further, I'm going to find out every policy and every guideline and that employee will be fired and I will be suing AutoZone in the near future.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE AUTOZONE WEBSITE
July 10, 2023

Ordered brakes and rotors for my car before 1:00PM on Friday, paid for overnight shipping.

Website says it will be delivered Saturday, but never gives me tracking. Nothing comes. I call the company and they said it can't ship over the weekend (it should have shipped Friday)

I asked to cancel the order and was denied so i asked to speak to a supervisor, who told me i missed my window of time to cancel. Okay….and you missed the window of time to ship, so….

I was told i would have to wait for it to ship, receive it, and then return it to a store. Sounds ridiculous for something they haven't even shipped yet. So i'm out $150 indefinitely.

I've contacted them three times through email to no response, and here it is Monday and they still have not shipped out my item or responded to me or cancelled the order or refunded me.

I told the supervisor he at least should offer to not charge me for the overnight shipping i paid for and he responded "do you want me to do that?" i said sir as a supervisor you should have offered that to me already with this situation, and why would i say no i don't want that, yes obviously that's a good faith measure to rectify the situation.

I also had to buy a new set of brakes and rotors elsewhere, which were more expensive, so i'm out over double the money i planned on spending.

No explanation, no help, no olive branches. Just autozone holding my money hostage without offering a refund or shipping the item.

Sounds a little illegal i dunno.

The manner in which Billy was able to put to rest my concerns about what that yellow engine light could be was awesome, then after he checked the Jeeps computer and found nothing wrong i was happy as heck, i needed a new battery was all and we get that taken care of, Thank you Billy

2 stars is being generous

I bought a new battery from Autozone on April 19th and just 81 days later brought it back because it wouldn't hold a charge of course I thought it was my alternators problem because c'mon it's brand new battery come to find out the battery is bad... When I asked if theyd be able to replace it since it's within the 90 days or if at the very least they could give me a discount on a new battery and they were the rudest people ever talked to me like I'm an idiot and pretty much told me to get lost because even though I didn't physically get the battery til the 19th that I'd purchased it on the 14th and so the the warranty was out of date but I'm a manager at a retail store and I know there are some things that you could do to give better customer service and I was even going to pay for another one I was just asking for like $5 off and they wouldn't even do it and they sold me a bad battery I will never shop here again Ima tell everybody I know how horrible they treat their customers and don't stand behind their products. Bless your heart AutoZone!

Worst company

Between the store and online orders worst company to deal with. If you are able to order something from them it most likely is the wrong part. Also somehow you are able to go through the entire ordering process to just get an email a couple days later saying the part is unavailable.

Went in to buy wipers 62.00 came up with windsheild wash with them I said is that free he said yes,no it wasn't its on my receipt didn't realize it until I got home called the mgr he was just as bad as the guy that helped me God don't like UGLY! Don't go to Auto Zone On 211 in Middletown NY unless your A man know about everything, THESE PPL ARE SADDDDDDD!

First, I would like to say I went to advance auto. I walked in ask them if they could get me the size of the nut for my CV joint. They laughed and told me no there's no way of looking that up. I left mad I went to AutoZone, which is right up the street on Jefferson Avenue and walked in AutoZone gentleman by the name of Matt asked me if there is something that he could help me with. I told him that you probably can't, but I'm gonna ask you anyhow is there anyway you can tell me the size of the nut for my CV joint he went straight to his computer punched in my year and make of my car and then he gave me exactly what I wanted i was going to buy the socket but before he would let me do that he even went and got the nut off the shelf and made sure that i was buying the right socket for the job. So I'd like to say thank you to AutoZone for being there when I needed you and thank you matt for taking your time and listening to my question before telling me you can't help me

I went to AutoZone because I don't know much about car parts and trusted they did. Theses idiots looked up the part and had it transferred from another store for me to pick up a day later. Turns out it's the wrong part. Now my third trip to the store and they won't refund the purchase for the part without the receipt. What's the purpose of having an account at AutoZone if they can't or won't do this? Guess I'll have to find the receipt and go back a 4th time. # AutoBoned

Some days ago we visited the store located at 4654 Lake Worth Rd., Greenacres Fl and we are very glad to say there was an awesome and very helpful sales person. Her name is Yanet. Her service and very nice, helpful assistance make ma day a really happy;da. Even when in AutoZone we received every tima a good service, I should say YANET was simply EXCEPTIONAL. Great jpb, very nice character, efficiency and a very helpful attitude..

I Order pats from this people for first time and last on April 3 is May 3 they send me wrong parts two times when I spoke customer service answer was they sending because don't have right part number I ordered I returned bought wrong deliveries but till today I don't have reimbursement on CC I paid whit Costomer Service really bad beaker foul not good do business Auto Zone

Replacement battery
April 27, 2023

I bought a battery from Auto Zone and it went bad. I went back to check on my warranty but the salesman said whomever sold me the battery didn't register the warranty and I was out of luck. I called the regional office and in 24 hours they resolved my issue and gave me a new battery free of charge for their error. So glad to be a customer of Auto Zone.

There should be no reason why you should have a scheduled maintenance of your website in the middle of day when stores are still open. At night when stores and customer service is closed is when that should take place... it's one thing for emergency maintenance but any other reason is not exceptable.

Messed up simple order

Autozone sold, but wasn't able send 4 identical rims, 3 the same and the other is completely different.
Took one back but canceled the order, Refused to take the other 3 back. Very unprofessional. I definitely stay away from this business.

We went in today to get a map sensor for my wife's car, but I was telling Andy the wrong part. I was saying Maf sensor even though I knew it was the MAP sensor Andy quickly told me the right part and even went as far as to come out to the parking lot to show me the location! Andy also let me use a torque bit that I forgot to bring mine with me. The part installed just as he said, and he made sure it went on correctly. I sincerely appreciate all of Andys' help today as I have been to this location with little to no help at times. Thank You Andy for all your help today. Your Company should be extremely thankful that they have you on their team. Sincerely, Jeff C...P.S. He also let me know that if we have any other problems, to come see him. Andy was very polite and Professional!

I feel bad for I didn't get the gentleman's name even though I know he said it. I was having extremely rough morning everything was going wrong as well as just lost my husband Recently and my mom isnt doing well! Went to start my car to take my mom to a apt and it didn't start and had to have it jumped to get started. I ended up kept my car running took my mom to an appointment and took it to AutoZone on peach st here in Erie pa! I was trying to hold it together while telling him what I needed to buy but was unable to hold my self together.I lost it and Blurted out that I was sorry for being emotional and he said everyone looses it sometimes. I told him how I'm trying to hold it together for my babies and my mom and that I couldn't even find the hood lid to open it this morning. I just needed my husband who is no longer with me. He gave me a hug, listening ear without judging and my car was all good to go! Thank you! I hope your employee is paid well or they get a pay raise! You could never ask for a Better employee than the ones I met today.
