Auto zone on Murray in Beaverton Oregon while Jason was busy helping me two young men standing around talking, so I asked them if they could locate a certain spark plug, well they said we don't have it so again Jason located it and went above and beyond for me, they didn't even try to find the store that would have it but that would have stopped the conversation, if it wasn't for Jason I would be giving Auto zone a terrible review but with his knowledge and work ethic Auto zone got 5 stars just for hiring Jason, he really did help me out at 8:00 in the morning my day could have been burdened but he hit a home run and so did Auto zone, I've been shopping their for well over 30 years and will continue for many more the modern work force in America has become lazy and rude and people think that going to work isn't important and the customer comes first rule no longer exists, so please believe me when I tell you how important it is to hire men or women with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic thanks again Jason, I look forward to seeing you again.

Next day orders are NEVER NEXT DAY. The discounts they email loyal customers are NOT ACCEPTED IN THE STORES. They charge your credit card when you place an order and when it takes over a week and you haven't received anything they won't give you a refund or cancel the order.
These guys are a bunch of clowns who don't have a clue what they are doing.
They are definitely not CAR GUYS and have no concept of customer service or retention of customers.
Might want to offer better compensation to draw some employees who have a bit of common sense and hopefully some brain matter. Your business model is void of long term business values and shows your focus is on making money on the backs of your employees and customers.
AUTO ZONE located at Race Track Pky and Bartram Park Blvd in St Johns, Fla! My vehicle was sitting home with a flat. I could not get it from point A to point B! I was told I needed a compressor from the tire place I went to first (with my husbands car) I stopped in Auto Zone next and spoke with Michelle, the Manager. She saved the day for me and proceeded to go outside with me to her car and loan me her very own air compressor! WHO DOES THAT! I went home, used her Amazing air compressor and returned it to her right afterward. She was an absolute doll and I did not have to be towed to where I had to get my tire.
I have since ordered two air compressors to keep in our cars! There should be more people like Michelle!

Store manager was rude and i reported her to auto zone, was assigned to Milo District Manager. When i called Milo, my calls just goes to voice mail. They had blocked my number, but Milo calls my phone as a spam number. Feels like they act like they try to call customers, drag the whole thing for long time. Lori P of Tuba City store was a rude person, will not talk to you face to face but will talk a lot of crap a distance away and make fun of the customer. She does not like working with customers with complaints, should not work at all. O'Reilys and NAPA for this customer from now on.
I was approved to work at the NewAlbany Indiana store. After a month of waiting,calling. I had moved back to Plainfield Indiana. And was hired at Plainfield Indiana store (with understanding I had to start over with background check, ect) After 2 days with no employment # to clock-in and finding the manager had opened my personal e-mail about another job (while they was requesting me to do a number of things that required my personal email address) I decided not to say at the company. SENTS this the days I could not clock in Manager Ryan said he would clock me in(did not happen) I spoke with DM Mich Lenttet(said he would take care of it, RM Mike Berry that also said "we will get You paid" Its been a month now and I have NOT got one penny for what I worked for. Matter a fact they will not answer/return phone calls or emails. Dot waste your time!
Bought a Rain X windshield wiper from store in Abilene Tx, cost was $36.99. Checked Walmart just to see what their price was….$16.57 for the exact same blade. I believe in making a profit, but this borders on gouging!
I bought a 5 year warranty battery. AutoZone changed the warranty to 3 years. That's not what I paid for. That's not what I bought. I really don't think that is good business practice, it's immoral and may be illegal. I'll never do business with them again. There are many other auto parts company's that will have my dollar!
Shopped online to be sure they had the sparkplug I needed in stock and it was for $2.99 at the counter I asked for CJ8Y and was told it was $7.58. Asked if it was CJ8Y and told no it's the equivalent. Looked at the computer screen and saw CJ8Y in the search bar. They didn't know I had already searched online and knew the price and that it was in stock. Tried to rip me off. Very dishonest.
I called to see how much apart for my vehicle would be or if they even had my part. The guy that answered the phone after being on hold for 5 to 6 minutes he picks up the phone I ask him if he could look up a park for me he says there and tells me that he doesn't have time for this. I asked him for his name and he hung up on me. Bad customer service terrible phone service. I supposedly talk to the manager after I called back several ti'm and the manager sat there and stated well we are in need of people so I have to keep him around. Management even told me that she just got off the phone was someone else complaining about his service and the way he treats customers, but he still has his job. They lost my service and I will never go to autozone again.

I went into the St clairsville Ohio store to purchase two five gallon jugs of 5W-30 Castrol motor oil and two filters. The gentleman behind the counter said we have a manager special that'll save you a lot of money and he took me over and he showed me an oil pan, a funnel, a roll of paper towels, a bottle of fast Orange, a 5 gallon jug of oil and a filter for $33. The Castrol 5 gallon jug by itself was $40. I pointed out to him that the sign in front of the special said STP he said don't worry about it go get your Castrol I'll honor it. When I went up to pay for everything another gentleman stepped in and refused to allow it. I did not ask for this it was offered to me. So instead of costing me $66 it cost me $103. And that was just the oil and filter not all the other stuff that was supposed to come with it. They have lost a customer and I will plaster this all over social media.
Shame on them.
Everytime I go to this store the fellas there are always so helpful and knowledg-able. I am not saying females can't know anything about cars, i'm just stating that this one sure doesn't. If it's something they can do for me with the part i purchase they always do. I went in 11/28/22 with a blown head light and Bert P was very kind and helpful. No matter if i'm in Greenville and i still travel to the Winterville store for the great customer service. SHOP AUTO ZONE!
They advertised 20% off cyberdeal course that didn't apply to things you buy. Offer 10%off if you give them your email, so they can keep sending phony deals, course they don't actually take that off either, I just canceled everything cause I hate liars
The Auto Zone is always helping me when I need to by parts I needed a battery they are really nice like today the Manager Shantell went way and beyond to help me she makes me feel like family very polite and very very professional I smiled all the way home also Michael helped as well today thank you for all that u do 88 th s Ashland Auto Zone 11-28-22
Beware do not but a battery from autozone! There batteries are of lowest quality their return policy is very weak the replacement batteries don't come with a warranty there batteries wont last 2 years. Remember I warned you from buying from autozone
I recently been going to the Autozone near my house on
******* Candelaria Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM *******. They have never really done a real good job. However, recently they seem to never have anything you need in stock and have to order it. Then, once it arrives, it is generally the wrong part which in the end wastes an extensive amount of time and money. Furthermore, the employees act like you are only there for them as opposed to the way merchants use to be in which the customer is of most importance. I recommend finding a auto parts store where the employees know a little bit about cars and don't waste your time and money.
The air conditioning system i bought was no better than the bad one that came off my car. They took my old for a core, wouldn't refund so I could go elsewhere. The commercial manager overly insisted to take to a local shop owner that she is in a relationship and only for bad work and nothing done to satisfy me by them or autozone.
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
