I bought 2 duralast batteries in just over a year and in 6-9 months neither battery would hold a charger- after an in-depth electrical review at a mechanic determined the battery was bad auto zone would not refund the cost of the battery
Josh was so helpful he changed my battery on a cold snowing morning and was nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this autozone if your in Pinetop AZ
Where I live every autozone within 15 miles of my house never seems to have enough employees to wait on you, you have one guy with 1 to 10 or more people waiting to get waited on. I stopped going to Autozone, I now go to a different auto parts store where waiting isn't an issue like it is at Autozone stores!
Placed an order online (and PAID for it) to pick up at store. It was a very simple order with only three items and none of them were specialty items (1 air filter, 1 cabin air filter and 1 wiper blade). All three items showed "in stock" at the store I placed the order with. I expected the order to be ready in an hour or two. But no, it wasn't ready at all throughout the entire day. Hell, if I wanted to WAIT for those items I could have ordered them from Amazon or Ebay and paid MUCH LESS for them. I wanted them the day I ordered them which is why I placed the order with Auto Zone. I WILL NOT be doing business with them again in the future. Nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Bianca Devoe friendly professional and took the extra step to make sure everything was OK. This was the attitude of her co-workers as well store was very clean and greeted soon as I entered.
They gave me the oil filter for a blazer instead of a trailblazer, then when it didn't fir, I called and was told to bring it in, I brought 2 and they said I could only exchange one because the one full of oil is damaged, I said well you gave me the wrong filters, The girl said to go cry somewhere eles, I was a customer for 25 years, no longer will do buissenes with these disrespectful people
The female store manager as the Whaley ave location lacks in personal/professional skills I've witnessed her be verbally abusive to customers on several occasions I no longer enter that store I now will go out of my way to shop at any other shop than to do business with people who don't care about their customers the people there need extra training when it comes to dealing with the public and yet I have witnessed with my own eyes how they behave when there's a higher up in the store when there boss is around they watch their mouth and actions. Terrible customer service.
After having a totally frustrating interaction with an automobile dealership I went to Auto Zone in Lorton, VA for assistance. I have never in many many years of owning and purchasing automobiles and parts have I experienced such kindness, politeness, knowledge and help that I experienced in this store. All of the employees were so helpful I felt as though they were family and that I had known them for years. This was such a refreshing experience! I would not hesitate to recommend this store to anyone needing help with regard their automotive needs. There was one person in particular 'Neal' who went far and beyond the call of duty to not only put me at ease but to resolve my problem. He was extremely supportive, refreshing and calming. His knowledge of the problem and what needed to be done to resolve it was amazing. When I left the store I felt relieved that my automobile issue had been fully resolved and that the part had been installed properly by 'Neal'. I must add that Auto Zone is not only Blessed but Fortunate to have such a High Quality Employee. Thank You to All employees at Lorton Auto Zone who made me feel as though I had known them for years, to Neal and Auto Zone for being there.
Ordered next day and the took my money and got no product. Only thing I got was lied to. Never got my money. Going thru visa to get money back. Never Never do business with this company.
I ran into a rep named Cam at this store. Normally you do not run into helpful people at these places. I'm not saying women don't know about cars, i'm just saying this woman doesn't know about cars. A light came on in my car and as you know i googled it. It told me the throttle body was the issue and when i went to get that part it was super expensive. Now in my past experiences when you go to these places and say you need a part they just sell it to you no questions asked. Well Cam was not that rep, he questioned me about this part and then said he is taking the computer out to my car to check it out. Come to find out it was a misfire and a lot cheaper then what i went in there to purchase. I want to say going the extra mile meant alot to me this day. HUG SHOUT OUT TO CAM AT STORE 1074 FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND! He gets 5 stars...
Ordered 4 parts from auto zones website, a mirror, a taillight and two headlights. The mirror was completely the wrong part, the taillight arrived broken and only one of the two headlights showed up, despite them charging me for both. Their customer service representative wanted me to take photos of the missing headlight. Wrap your mind around that one...
The AutoZone staff are not mechanics. They can only offer assistance and courtesy for those who don't know how to turn a nut on a bolt. Also for those that don't know what they drive but, expect the AutoZone staff to know. Most Customers are not considerate of the employees and they want to make their own polices and they get violent when they don't get what they want. AutoZone is not any different than other retail store. The difference is that other retailers have officers that can arrest aggressive customers that attack defenseless employees verbally because they feel that as customers they entitle themselves as customers always being right and give themselves the right to mistreat others. Customers go in to AutoZone because they don't want to go to real mechanics. They charge top dollar! Customers all want savings for repairs. However it does not give them the right to mistreat people even if they are old. AutoZone is a good place to work. Employees take alot of abuse from customers, they also have families to feed and bills to pay like any other American. They are there to serve not to be abused. Be kind people, so you can get treated with the Same Kindness. Do not wear out the employees or they will seek other less aggressive environments jobs. The lines lines will get longer and more time consuming when employees quit the job.

Beware of AutoZone!
Bought a Duralast (AutoZone store brand name) Coolant Temp Sensor for $43.49 (tax included), took it home, and it was not even screwed in and broke in half. Had to fish it out with a Q-tip! Had it been screwed in and broken off, I would have had to hire a tow company and mechanic shop to remove. It was bought over the phone and picked up at the Menifee, CA store. The manager would not refund even with photos and said drive back. It is not legal to sell defective auto parts that breaks the same day before using it! I am thankful that it was not worse. Had to call the credit card company to report. See photos. Bye forever to Duralast and AutoZone! This was too frightening and could have been worse. Evil.
I have ordered several items from Auto Zone.COM. Every time I order they state it will be here the next day but often fail to deliver. Recently, I needed a gas tank to replace a leaking one. I am in a hurry because it is leaking, and it needed to be driven it to work. I ordered it with next day delivery for Friday in time for the weekend. Friday comes and goes; I get an e-mail Saturday saying it is delayed. But no indication of how long or if they have it is stock. Same thing happened today. Made an order for Rear Struts that they claim are in stock with delivery the next day. Two days later I get an email stating it is delayed. Again, no indication of how long or if they will ship it at all. I call "Customer Service" they state I can call back Monday (three days after it was supposed to be here) to find out when it may ship. Looks like false advertisement.
Tracy was so very helpful today. A couple of months ago an employee from his store sold and installed the wrong battery in my car. I went in today and Tracy gave excellent customer service in getting me the correct battery and installing it in a very quick turnaround time. Thank you, Tracy!
I emailed autozone corporate about my warranty that they cannot find and they said they will send the message to district manager. Today dm called me and i told him the issue he told to go to the store i went to and they will switch it to a new battery without issue. I went to the store and rook manager dealt with me they have no idea how to process a battery swap. So called mike the dm to ask him how to process it dm itself dont know how to swap a battery using a nonscan. So he came up with some bull$#*! thet the battery is non replacement because it was bought in 2019. But meanwhile he said that the battery was returned in 06/2021 how can I return a battery if i have a batter in front of me with 04/21 sticker on it. He said that its probably swap. Dm is clueless in what he saying very rude customer service. I even show them my bank statement that i bought an item in may 2021 worth $489.so i know the fact that the battery was bought during that time. And he showing me in a computer the purchase in 2019 was returned. First of all why would u tell me to go to store and exchange my battery no problem he should check this first before he send me to the store and ive waited 1 hr in store and at the end u will tell me u cannot change it dont even offer a prorate fee. While it has a 5 year warranty on a battery. Called regional magee tammy and im waiting for his call back to get this straightened out
Ordered a radiator on 8/12/22, delivery date provided 8/18. No shipping notification as of 8/16 so checked order status online which said "OOPS" there's a problem w/order, Called Customer Service and was told trying to locate radiator which could take 24 - 48 hrs. REALLY! Called after 24 hours - no update. Asked if stocking locations includes stores, warehouses and supplier. Told yes. Received "order cancelled" notification two hours later. Called local store, radiator available at store 1 hour away or; could order and have in two days. Appears AZ.com did not want to perform search or fulfill the order? Ordered from Rock Auto, due in 4 days. Why would I trust Auto Zone to order/ship again?
I came into my local AutoZone on Broadway in Tucson to have car battery checked... the store mgr Ernesto helped me himself... he noticed that my battery on my Cadillac was installed in reverse causing issues charging... he promptly fixed it like the true, friendly professional he is! He noticed a completely flat tire which he inflated for me! These people at AutoZone are awesome! I highly recommend them!
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
