On the weekend of August 05 2022 I had Planned a trip to Pigeon Forge Tn for over 4 months.
Of course when we arrived the Sand Rail we took to cruise around in, went down on me. Not to unusual for a VW engine. BUT. I stopped in store 3892 and was created by the best staff any business could ever ask for. Mr. Danny Ware not only was helpful but very knowledgeable about the VW engine. That was a bonus. Because I know NOTHING about these things. Danny is a excellent asset to your company and all the customers you have. Ms. Marty was a big help as well. I wish all the Auto zones around Ashland City Tn. And Nashville was half as helpful as store #3892. Thank you to all that pitched in and helped me. I hope the lunch was enough for you all.
I will stop in next year and feed you again.
I needed a battery for my vehicle and called early morning the Forest Park, Georgia location AutoZone when Rudy answered the phone. He told me that he needed to inspect my battery before installation. I told him that I was concerned leaving my vehicle running while going inside the store to get an associate once I got there. He suggested that I call him before I come. A few hours later after getting my battery charged, I left to go to AutoZone. Although it was almost noon when I called the store, Rudy answered the phone (I was so surprised!). And, he was outside waiting for me when I arrived. He installed my battery just like he said he would. Being a single woman and getting any type car repair and be a headache. I definitely appreciate the wonderful customer service he provided.
Was very polite and Knowlegeable. Went in to get a battery for my truck and he met me with a smile and ask how he may help me. Did not have to hunt down a sales person he looked up what battery i would need and tested the old one to make sure i did need a new one. Got me the one i needed and i was on my way.
Ordered 2 filters. Pick up one said other might be in Monday. Thursday no communication. Called cannot find order has to call corporate. Cannot access because order was eliminated. Wasted too much time on the phone for $28.

Absolutely done with this franchise. Every time I am forced to get parts there, they screw it up somehow. This time I call into fountain, CO. Store #818 The lady looks up the parts say they are in stock and goes and verifies. So, I pay online while parts are in her hand. Now this store is 1 mile from my house, so easy walk instead of having a friend drive me to another store later in the day. 30 minutes later I receive a call from the store telling me the parts won't be available until 8am tomorrow. Thanks now the $175 parts and your stores incompetence cost me $500 in lost wages on top of the price of the part. To boot the guy who called me didn't know what to do when I asked him to make sure I didn't order the wrong part. He just gave me attitude and transferred me to a manager.
The morning of 1 August 2022. I stopped at the AutoZone located on W. Main St. In Medford Oregon. Young lady by the name of Leina did more than exactly to get me some headlights. With unknowing to me the wiring has been modified by the previous owner and the bulbs,(, high beams) we could not match a bulb to fit. Leina tried numerous adjusting parts to make the high beams work but she wasn't able to due to the wiring. The low beams were a fit but my finances was not a match. I can insure you that the next time I visit that store I will request for Leina because I know that she will give her all to help. If I could give her a promotion most definitely would.
In Sept 2021 I installed an Autozone Durolast alternator in my collectable car. The alternator failed in mid July 2022. There were less then 600 miles on the alternator and it failed in less then 10 months. Bringing the alternator to the local Autozone the store would not replace the alternator. Granted I did not have the receipt, but Autozone is suppose to have a computer back up. They claimed I was not in the system. They wanted me to pay $170 for their replacement. I payed $170 in Sept 10 months earlier, so that was not going to happen. What I know is I installed a clearly marked Durolast alternator, it lasted less than 10 months, less than 600 miles and Autozone wad not going to stand tall on this issue. So I will never purchase anything from Autozone again. And I would advise you don't buy anything from them. There products are shoddy and they do not back up their products when they are clearly responsible. Attached are pictures of the alternator with the date of instillation and the Simplest makings
This morning, 7.24 22 my daughter and I had received EXCELLENT service from ALICIA *******@AUTOZONE at the Kearns, UT store. She surpassed my expectations by going above/beyond the call of duty. She was also so knowledgeable about my battery situation. She even got her hands dirty by going beyond what I expected. She was very professional, helpful, kind, and patient in her mannerism. I want to let her peers to know how professional and kind, not to mention how knowledgeable she was in making my Sabbath Day better than expected. Never have I felt such compassion, love and understanding from someone who exceeded my expectation. ALICIA ELLETT should be commanded for such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!. PROFESSIONALISM TO THE MAX! PLEASE MAKE SURE SHE IS RECEIVING THE INCOME SHE DESERVES.

I came in Saturday to get some windshield wipers and a headlight. I was helped by this lady named D who was such a joy. This was my first time ever having to buy something for my car. She informed me about the bulb lube that I need before my installation and she was more than enough help. I learned something new!
This is the second time in a week they gave my wrong sensor for 2014 Volkswagen jetta tdi. Workers can't simplify understand how to type in my car information and get the right part just absolutely terrible customer service.
Paul V at Federal Heights just gave me the best customer service ever. As a single woman I often get taken advantage of or degraded but today was another story. He helped me fix all my vehicle issues quickly and made extra sure my vehicle problem was fixed.

Bought item. It was 100% defective. Took back within the return time limit with the receipt and also with the package. They refused refund or replacement. I have 50 years' experience in auto repair and i was a longtime customer there. NO auto parts store should have a very young female that does NOT know what they are doing should NOT be working at an auto parts store.
Again there is no warranty on items purchased at glenwood il auto zone.

Ordered a time sensitive part "next day" shipping though autozone.com and it was delivered "next day" but to the wrong address(as evidenced by the signature confirmation on the tracking number). Autozone claimed they needed 48-72 hours to "investigate" Ok, sure. 96 hours later still nothing so I called back and was told they still needed more time for fedex to "investigate". Ok sure. 120 hours after the original dispute I called again and was told there was nothing they could do so I asked for a supervisor. That supervisor told me that a new part would be shipped out and I should have it Friday or Saturday. That was on a wed... well its now Sunday and no part. I called today, Sunday, to get a tracking number and was told the part has not been shipped yet. I asked for a refund and was told that a refund is not possible and that in the next few days I will get tracking for a replacement part shipped 3-5 day NOT next day. Escalated with financial institution for a chargeback. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY ON AUTOZONE.COM especially if the part is time sensitive.
You can not speak to anyone in corporate office or email them. Had problems with one of their branch in Atlantic Ave Jamaica, end up to speak with their regional office representative name charley she said should speak to TAJ called at his cell number which never answered nor called me back."How disgraceful and outrageous a corporate office could be to not be able to contact them?
I ordered a car park that was supposed to be delivered the next day. I didn't receive it I kept checking The tracking it said processing. I got an email saying shipping was delayed. Waited two days when I called I was told by some idiot on the phone that I received the item and returned it. Like I wouldn't remember that finally after speaking to another person I was informed that the order was canceled because they didn't have the item in stock even though the website said in stock and ready to ship. No email nothing. I spent two days with no car waiting for a part when I could've ordered it elsewhere. I was given a $10 gift card for my inconvenience but I won't be shopping at AutoZone any longer.
My friend and I went to the closest AutoZone, which is Ming Ave. Bakersfield, Ca. We got no help because the ladies working there didn't have a clue, though one of them tried. The Manager was standing at the back swearing a blue streak. We left and went to the store on Planz. What a difference. We got help right away by a man named Micah. He helped us find what we were looking for even when it had been put in the wrong place. He didn't give up and remained really pleasant. He is knowledgeable, patient and has a good sense of humor. I will continue going there even though the first AutoZone is walking distance from my home.
I have been a fan of autozone for more then 20 years. I have always loved the rewards program. However for the last 2 years I continue to find my local auto zones with excessive prices compared with other retailers and online vendors. Today I went to buy
Sta-ble 360 marine treatment 32oz. It was priced approx 33.00 I checked online and Amazon would delivered to my house for approx 22.00. I also have found my Mobil one oil filters are about 5-6.00 less at both Walmart and Amazon. I have observed this more and more since the beginning of the pandemic. I normally would pay a little more to buy locally but these price differences are huge. I thought this was just a temporary way for retailer to grab the stimulus money from people hungry to buy everything. However, this price gouging continues and I'll be going elsewhere until it changes.
Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
