Well, I'm not ashamed to admit I was at a complete lose as to what I should do next when it came to my vehicle. It'd had been giving me so many issues starting lately and nothing I seemed to do worked, I was also stretched for cash. On the way to visit family, I stopped by a store and was greeted by a woman, "Misty J.", who seemed so welcoming. She first asked of my issues, offered to check the codes since my check engine light was on, test my battery, even my starter (which I didn't even know was a thing), she was so helpful and informative, and a saint to have the patience to handle me and all my questions. However, thanks to her, I'll definitely return if more problems come up with my vehicle.
Elizabeth Campbell is the definition of the word manager which was made evident in her managing to get me out of the dilemma I was encountering today, She found the warranty on the battery when I did not have a receipt or remember my phone number. I had been to two other stores and they had been unable to resolve the problem because I did not remember the phone number that I had at the time that I made the purchase. Elizabeth Campbell went on the computer and every number that I had used popped up on the screen. On seeing the numbers I pointed out the one it was likely to be. When this number was examined 13 warranties popped up among which was the warranty on the battery. I was satisfied with being able to swap the burned out battery for the new one but Elizabeth did not stop there. She then merged all of the phone numbers to the one I am currently using. I thanked her I told her that I would give her this commendation tonight before she got off Tuesday Sep 12,2023 10:14 PM

Appleton WI E Calumet St: The best guys for checking my car's engine light warning. Will definitely visit again!
Autozone sells nothing but junk parts from Japan! I bought a Durolast thermostat for a 2017 Jeep and it lasted 3 weeks before it stopped functioning so I took it back and they would only replace the part with guess what?...ANOTHER defective thermostat! The second one lasted a little longer.94 days...so they said they would not refund my money, but would be happy to replace it with another piece of junk thermostat...I said HELL NO! I bought a MOPAR part instead.I will never buy another part from Autozone...NEVER AGAIN EVER!
Staff,(,Mgr.Commack NY strore),rude,disrespectful,unprofessional, sexist.
Person is inept to work with the public and an extremely poor representative of the Individuals who sign his paycheck.
I wouldn't make a purchase.After his unprofessional demeanor,I wouldn't give his store my money.
Went into the store didnt know exactly what i needed, explained to the manager whats going on and they assisted me with replacing lights. Greatly appreciated
Had the pleasure of meeting Vincent today at the Walden location in cheekwaga. He went above and beyond, and provided exceptional customer service. Autozone should be happy to have such a great employee!
My wife and I approached the counter to buy a car battery, the employee ask if either of us spoke Spanish?we said no and immediately we were ignored and looked over, instead helping us they looked over us and their fellow Spanish speakers we felt highly disrespected and we will never return to autozone again
My last visit when the employee found out what I was working on said "I don't like those" referring to the brand. I don't care what you the employee likes or doesn't like. Comments like those are rude and disrespectful. I will be buying from another store. I have had multiple other problems with this store. Not anymore, there are other parts stores.
The store is great but the worker who was supposed to help us didn't do much to resolve our issue.
UPDATE 7/2023: I am totally changing the previous rating to a less than ZERO because AutoZone doesn't care about Black, disabled and female customers.
They may have satisfied the required 'quotas' by hiring Black people BUT they don't the race as a whole. Complaining to management is fruitless as they will be dismissive about the discriminatory behavior.
We need to hold companies accountable for how they treat minorities (Race, sex, gender, disability, etc.) when they take our dollars. Giving our money to their competitors may open their eyes up to treat everyone equal regardless of their personal biases.

Rodolfo, Josh and John diagnosed issue. Found part. Explained in detail about how to fix. 100% helpful
Hey people I never write reviews but for all the problems AUTOZONE has with stores like Natick, Ma, with customer service, Tom took all that away one day in the Watertown Autozone. Promotions are warranted. Very helpful. I would state in particular but it was many things including battery help and troubleshooting problems around it

Thank you Mr. Mike, of the Loxahatchee AutoZone store. He provided quick service. He tested my old battery, saw it was bad and quickly installed a new one for me. The whole thing took no more than 15 minutes. Thank you so much!
I bought a compressor for my 2001 Honda accord in less than a month. The compressor went bad. I had to pay to have it repaired and take it off and then after I got another one that one went bad as well so now I'm out of over $1500 in repairs two compressors that are bad I contacted Corporate I talk to Jose who is the regional manager or district manager he promised that he would call he hasn't kept word. They promised that it would be rectified that hasn't happened and so again now I'm out of over $1500 in repairs still a bad compressor it's over 105° here in Texas and this doesn't make any sense. I need some help please do not buy any parts from Autozone. You can actually see Freon coming out of the compressor. It's my daughters car who is a full time college student. Bad business
I bought an alternator from a store in Baytown and they told me that it was brand new and in fact, it was a refurbished alternator. My car stopped in Houston near one store on Fondren Street. I called a mobile mechanic who removed the part for me and he also reinstate the defective alternation that I had to purchase. After the product was installed I indicated to then at the store that it was defective because the battery lights on my dash were illuminated. After I went homes, I had to go to multiple stores to have it checked and all the stores indicated that the alternator was defective. I returned to the store on Fondren which gave me a very difficult to exchange the defective battery. I had to pay another mechanic to remove and replace the other alternative. On my way to work in Oklahoma, my car stopped again, I went to have the alternator tested at the local AutoZone in Huntsville. I had to pay $150 to have it replaced and installed by another mobile mechanic within one month I had to replace three alternators. The manager Eli at the Huntsville store told me that she wrote to her district manager via email and he would be contacting me to provide me with some financial assistance, but the manager never called me. It has been over 8 months and I have never received a call from AutoZone. I told them from the purchase of the alternator that it was defective.
Such magnificent service from Trey at the Caledonia location. He serviced and changed my car battery with such expertise. Thanks again kindly! :)
I when to the Blue Island IL. To return a part that was the part that I needed, but since I did not have the part in the box, they did not want to return it; although I had the receipt and they knew that was the part. Very disappointed!
I was stranded at the Auto zone on Treadway in Abilene and Harvey and Ford were so kind and incredibility helpful! I was able to buy the part call a mobile mechanic and be on my way within 45 minutes! These men are a God send! I am so thankful for them. I am a single female and I really appreciate their kindness and expertise! These guys desire a raise.

Answer: Nope. Bunch of ameteurs. Even their oil and windshield wiper fluid is way overpriced. If you want your order to be fulfilled correctly, them go somewhere else. Amazon is too incompetent to handle even basic orders placed via their app. Customer service list tells you "Oh well". Pathetic.
Answer: It's not too hard to find someone working inside Autozone. What's hard to find in Autozone is someone who doesn't argue with a person who is qualified to work on practically every vehicle and knows what they're talking about. I guess that being a computer jockey makes them a certified mechanic.
Answer: If not in any particular hurry, I prefer to wait for 3-5 days to get my auto parts which was ordered on Hexautoparts. Com. They has lowest price with the most cooperative customer service. I saved a lot of money with HexAutoParts.
