My order was returned back because I wasn't home each time ups make the delivery. I'm old customer who has never had any issues with my package.
I think Ashford shouldn't put a severe restriction on a packages, where by ups Managers can't help change the option for the customer to receive their Items.

I bought the exact same frames last week and they were defective (scratch on one corner) reached out to customer service and they were able to resolve the issue for me.

Highly recommended especially when purchasing any Swatch Group time piece - Hamilton, Tissot, Mido, etc. They come with a full manufacturer's warranty which is important to me.

I saw this skeleton watch on sale and bought it. As with every watch, I don't wear it for a while, but observe how accurate it is for a few days.

This was excellent (only 20-30 seconds fast a day) but it just stopped working.

I'm hopeful that Ashford will correct the issue.

It was very shortly after I had purchased the watch that I had received shipping information. When I got it the watch was well packaged and looked absolutely amazing.

The shipping and delivery time was a little longer than expected but it's ok or wasn't in a rush. I like the way they were packaged that prevented the sunglasses to get damaged during transit.

The buying experience as a non-US buyer is extremely well managed, with all relevant taxes for your jurisdiction rolled into the list price in your currency. Delivery is done through DHL with full tracking visibility. Strongly recommend as a solid purchasing experience.
