Ordered a pair of glasses where description and picture matched but details about item were different. Did not get what was in picture or main description. Had to pay to return item.

Purchasing was easy. Shipping took much longer than expected and did not require a signature. For an expensive item and all the package theft company should really ship with signature required. Item was broken out of the box and I contacted Ashford for return RMA. Instructions said they'd get back to me in 2 business days. Today is day number 4. Still no reply.

I knew exactly what I wanted so it was very easy to fill in the information. I will shop with them always.

I ordered this item 2-3 days ago and I only want one! Please do not send me two, I will return both. I have called and called; I did get someone during the snowstorm. He informed me that there was snow on the ground. Great guy. Very helpful, he informed me that the orders are usually filled in two days and mailed. I sure hope you all were not waiting for a dog team. Lol, lol! When can I expect delivery?

I was unsure if the site was legit or not given the price but they came through and glad i got the glasses I wanted for a fraction of the price.

Very fast shipping, item arrived perfectly with no issues and as described. Will gladly be doing business with them again. Packing was a bit subpar inside the shipping box considering the price of the watch and how extremely poorly some carriers handle packages, but it arrived undamaged. That would be my only suggestion, as I also worked 15+ years handling shipping fragile luxury goods priced well north of $10k.
