I received my most recent purchase - a Hamilton Khaki Field Chronograph - within 2 days of purchase and with a full 2-year manufacturer's warranty. The watch was brand new and was reasonably priced. Ashford is a great company to do business with, and this is the fifth watch I have purchased from them.

I ended up returning the first watch I bought and buying a different one. The process was straightforward and I received my refund for the first watch.

This is my first time at Ashford shop., and is cery easy to buy and the customer service, response and communication is very good. Thank you!

Using the Ashford site was really effortless. Once I found the watch I wanted, I choose the payment method and the order was processed. It was at my doorstep within a few days. Perfect!

Though it was hassle-free to order and receive the watch, later I found that the watch was priced slightly lower at another website.

The watch was already running when arrived. When buying a quartz watch you'll expect a full loaded battery and start the watch yourself.
I don't know if this watch have been running for years or days. I don't know how much battery left. (This is not good when selling a watch)

Putting this problem aside, i love the model and I recommend the watch.

Very disappointing experience. I purchased a Michael Kors watch just a couple of days ago, and one of the crystals has already come loose and is now inside the dial. This happened under normal use, which is completely unacceptable for a premium-priced product.
This is not the level of quality or quality control I would expect from a brand like Michael Kors. I am now concerned about potential damage to the internal movement and the overall durability of the watch.
Extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend based on this experience.

Purchased this watch for my son for Christmas. He described to me what he wanted and I felt I found it and with a great price with Ashford. It wasn't until he opened that I knew I was right.

Process took a week or so to ship and assuming it was due to holiday rush. Tracking was on package, it came as indicated with no damage in original Luminox container (perfect to protect the watch inside too!)& had no issues!

Third attempt! The watch is a duplicate so I need a return authorization and a printable return label to return it for a refund...

The online instruction for order placement and return was extremely clear. And, once the order was placed, the tracking communication was on point. And, finally appreciate the secure delivery.

The products are of excellent quality, and some items feel like incredible bargains. I am very impressed with the high standards and the great value they offer. I will definitely shop here again

I fell in LOVE with this exact same Swarovski Heart on ShopLC but I lost the Auction. So I decided to see if it was out there somewhere else & was lucky enough to find it on Ashford's website at 1/2 the price! Couldn't believe my luck so I immediately bought it. It arrived promptly in it's Original Swarovski boxes, undamaged & sparkling like the stars! I couldn't be happier & would buy from Ashford again, without hesitation.
