Very fast shipping, item arrived perfectly with no issues and as described. Will gladly be doing business with them again. Packing was a bit subpar inside the shipping box considering the price of the watch and how extremely poorly some carriers handle packages, but it arrived undamaged. That would be my only suggestion, as I also worked 15+ years handling shipping fragile luxury goods priced well north of $10k.

Watch is legit as expected & it really suprised me that I didn't need to pay any additional duties. Exactly like what the CS told me

Had noticed good quality products from a ashford but was hesitant because some of the items look too good to be true. But very pleased the service.

Easy tracking once issued. Might be good to have a status in days between order confirmation and courier handover. Wondered what was happening after a few days of no movement.

Ashford was great and delivered a brand-new watch with a completed warranty card (did not expect that!). The watch quickly developed a problem, but that isn't Ashford's fault.

My order was returned back because I wasn't home each time ups make the delivery. I'm old customer who has never had any issues with my package.
I think Ashford shouldn't put a severe restriction on a packages, where by ups Managers can't help change the option for the customer to receive their Items.

I bought the exact same frames last week and they were defective (scratch on one corner) reached out to customer service and they were able to resolve the issue for me.

I've purchased half a dozen watches through Ashford and only had one issue regarding a purchase. That issue was due to the fact Ashford didn't stock Gevril/Gv2 and they shipped from Gevril's warehouse. Also Ashford is a authorized dealer for some quality Swiss brands and your not stuck with a second party warranty buying through a AD.

Highly recommended especially when purchasing any Swatch Group time piece - Hamilton, Tissot, Mido, etc. They come with a full manufacturer's warranty which is important to me.

I saw this skeleton watch on sale and bought it. As with every watch, I don't wear it for a while, but observe how accurate it is for a few days.

This was excellent (only 20-30 seconds fast a day) but it just stopped working.

I'm hopeful that Ashford will correct the issue.

Last order, invicta yellow band watch came in a timely matter. Pleasantly surprised at the speed of delivery and wuality and value!

It was very shortly after I had purchased the watch that I had received shipping information. When I got it the watch was well packaged and looked absolutely amazing.

The shipping and delivery time was a little longer than expected but it's ok or wasn't in a rush. I like the way they were packaged that prevented the sunglasses to get damaged during transit.
