Just a year ago I bought a ticket and the same day I called for cancellation your representative said okay. But they didn't. And asap collected money for ticket and hotel. Later I claimed but nothing happened.

I had an exceptional experience with Kanav over the past couple of days planning a South African Safari, as well as fitting in a week in Cape Town. I would say, with any "shopping " experience, a little homework helps ahead of time. Again, when dealing with any service-based company, one needs to be clear on what they are looking for. I had that connection with Kanav and also shared some personal experiences, and found that Kanav had a pleasant personality and was engaging. I will go to him again when attempting international travel arrangements.

The guy who assisted me in the purchase was great. The day before the guy was horrible. Pressuring me to purchase insurance ect. Reminds me of a guy on the street trying to sell me a tv that is really a box full of bricks
