This is the worst travel agency in the whole world. Poor customer service additional fees for incorrect name change it will take 2 weeks or more and there will be a name correction fee of $50 and some additional fees as per management decision. I contacted them 13 times and 3 reps hang up on me.

I was helped by Ebuka and he made sure that I got the best deal. He also called way after his working hours just to make sure that I had received my tickets. I highly recommend him if you want the best service.
Actually it was my wife who worked with one of your agent by the name of Ackerley. He was very helpful and attentive in assisting my wife in booking a flight. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. He was a good listener to what the customers needs are as far as what to know when traveling. Agent was also very accurate. All in all the company is a great one to use. I would recommend this company to others.
