Hi. I had to cancel my flight departing from Johannesburg to Atlanta on 15. 03. 22 due to Covid-19 positive results. I have been trying everyday since that date to rebook my flight returning back to Atlanta. Your agents are not answering the phone. I have tried calling 4 different phone lines. I have send 2x emails a day for the past 8 DAYS. I need to return home. I am stuck in South Africa with no return ticket. I need to go home. Can you please have an agent contact me to return my flight? ASAP Ticket is the worse company I have ever exchanged with. I think its a fraudulent company!

I just snagged me a wonderful deal on a flight ticket worth at least $500 in discount. The AsapTickets rep was the coolest aspect of the process in that, within approximately 4 minutes, this gentleman had sealed the deal for me, with a payment timeframe that conceded me maximum comfort. And then only for AsapTickets to call to remind me I was about to lose the deal in another 15 minutes if I don't wrap it up. I did... with lots of appreciation. Thanks again, guys!

Albin has been so kind and patient with me with regards to make airline reservations to my needs. When a flight needed to be changed he Immediately accommodated to the situation. Needed to escalate to supervisor. At first $900.00 to change my ticket. Finally ended up at $400.00. Something about 6 months from my departure date added $600.00 to my exchange. If I use you again I will make sure no changes are needed.
