I booked a flight from Edmonton Alberta Canada to Philippines CDO in August 2021 they had a 10-day quarantine then now there is no quarantine I asked him to move by fight to March the 19th from the 29th since there is no more covid quarantine they will not do it unless they get 500 and some odd dollars which is a joke of an airline I got nothing but a run around and a run around they said it won't be no problem $110 when it was first quoted now I have to take flight back from CDL to Manila on the 29th just to put myself on that airplane so I don't get a no-show penalty of 400 and some odd dollars I would never fly with this booking agency again they're not there for customer service they're there to rip you off and give you a hard time I did many many emails and many many phone calls and got nowhere with these people so buyer beware
