I had a family emergency, and Oliver went above and beyond what i expected from an online discount service. Cudos to ASAP for having real humans to talk to and not an Automated service.
I made my ticket twice with asap tickets. Both times my tickets were cancelled and both times was i lied ti about the price of the insurance for the flights. I was charged more than i was told and never got my full refund this airline is a waste of time.
I gave him my specific dates of depart and return but it disnt happen. I should have booked with another Asap agent.

My agent Seppinah was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient with me and assisted me every step of the way.
I have inquired ASAP about tickets. On the phone, the agent "pressured" me to buy his offers by saying "I'm holding these tickets for you, call your relative to decide now, these are the best you can get" but after researching, i figured that I can purchase tickets somewhere with much reduced prices. ASAP has since continued calling and emailing me despite of responding that I have already bought tickets. I have typed "STOP" to their text messages which helped but the emails have no unsubscribe button. Different agents are emailing me. So a heads up, once you call them, they will call you back nonstop.

Wilis was very helpful and professional. He was also very patient with the back and forth calls (half-day). He also tried his best to get the best price and arrangements for my mother-in-law's needs - aisle seat and wheel chair accommodation.
