Denver was excellent, thorough and made sure we got the right information.
I tried an agent here because my relative seemed to have some success with getting decent tickets, and the agent is friendly enough, but even though I was assured that making the jump to buy the tickets was refundable within the first 24 hours, it turns out I found not only a much better price through the actual website, when I went to cancel through ASAP, I was told only the ticket was refundable, and that the Travel Care fee ($279 for both of us...) was used to cancel the tickets, even though the actual company has a 24 hour cancellation policy, so there shouldn't have been any penalty fee that the travel care was needed for in order to cover the cancellation as he claimed. All I was told was that it was out of his hands. I had reasonable reason to doubt that they actually had my best interest in mind.
Update: An ASAP representative reached out to me to resolve the issue and gave me a full refund, so I'm updating to 3 stars. It may have been my particular agent, so I do appreciate them trying to help resolve the issue.

It went well and good. He helped me with the process for long hours. He was patient and reiable. He is trustworthy.
My agent Rasheeda is very helpful and so patient to all my questions, concerns and requests. She also made me feel that she is always available for me.
Purchased 3 tix with protection. 2 hours later, after discovering some things about what I'd booked that didn't work for me, I asked for a refund. It took a couple days, but after they couldn't find another flight for me that met my needs, they refunded my money. I appreciate that they did right by me.
