They canceled my ticket without my approval after I clearly told them I was okay with the changes made by the airline.
Spoke with a customer service agent who had a nasty personality and kept over talking me.
They didn't give me any option at just few weeks for my flights that I bought months ago. So I have to start looking for a new flight.

I had difficulty in getting a itinerary planned by other travel agencies, but Abbot from ASAP tickets made the process real easy. He worked with us to get great prices and better trip than any other available options.
