I used ASAP Tickets for the first time just before Covid striked. Unfortunately, our plans were cancelled. Back then in 2020, our customer service rep Rafie was exceptional in putting our itinerary together flawlessly. To add to his incredible performance and because customers were cancelling their flights left and right because of Covid, he showed extreme patience, care and understanding and we were reimbursed for the full amount with the exception of a small administrative fee. Because of this, I told Rafie that I would be sure to call ASAP Tickets again to book in the future depending on the outcome of the virus. Which brings me to my next experience with ASAP Tickets. As promised, I call to book my same trip yesterday (April 2022), two years later and sure enough, another rep by the name of Bennett took excellent care of me Patient, understanding, resourceful and kind. He covered every cost, every option and narrowed it down to what worked best for me for my travel plans. He was exceptional to say the least. Thank you ASAP Tickets, Bennett and Rafie for inviting me in to your organization as one happy customer!
