On March 28/2022 I purchased two airline ticket from ASAP, it was a big a mistake. Agent they don't care and has no knowledge neither experience. One of the ticket has issue with the last name need to be corrected. I spoke to agent FARALD if he was an agent. He informed me-that the only solution to cancel the flight and we will refund the money to your credit card. I supposed to get refund $700. He only refund $324 from $1200 ticket. I kept calling the last agent a I spoke to told me that we will email you break down. Tell today April i don't receive any Email. Never never ever recommend any one to them.
